Sono Simone Vergamini, "Miglior Sommelier della Toscana 2023, 3° classificato al Miglior Sommelier d'Italia 2018, 2021 e 2022. Potremo organizzare la degustazione direttamente a casa vostra o presso l’hotel dove vi trovate in vacanza, anche nel centro di Lucca oppure sulle colline limitrofe. L'esperienza prevede sempre un'introduzione alla degustazione dei vini, la storia del territorio e delle aziende vinicole.5 vini accompagnati da pane, formaggi e olio di produzione locale. Si tratta di vini selezionati presso piccoli produttori, prevalentemente a certificazione biologica Potremo organizzare la degustazione direttamente a casa vostra o presso l’hotel dove vi trovate in vacanza. Provvederò a tutto e non dovrete pensare a niente! Apparecchierò la tavola con tovaglie da degustazione e vi servirò i vini in calici professionali! Al termine della degustazione vi lascerò le bottiglie stappate (se non terminate :) in modo da gustarle nel corso della vacanza.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our sommelier, Simone. His knowledge of the wines, the local region, the vineyards, and the growing and production process was truly impressive. Beyond his expertise, he was personable, warm, and a pleasure to spend the evening with. He created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged conversation and questions, and his passion for the wines and the region was evident throughout. My guests are visiting from abroad, and this tasting was unanimously named the highlight of their trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting with Simone. A talented and knowledgeable sommelier, he gave an instructive and really helpful overview of the local wine region with tastings of 5 different wines that clearly illustrated the characteristics of each wine. His presentation was engaging and he welcomed all of our questions. I would highly recommend a tasting session with Simone.
