Questa meravigliosa gita di un giorno ti porterà in due delle attrazioni più iconiche del Regno Unito e in una delle città più famose e affascinanti del mondo. Assicurati di essere al punto d'incontro per le 7:30, poiché il tuo pullman partirà alle 8 in punto!
Arriverete alla prima fermata della giornata, il Castello di Windsor, per circa le 9:30. Questo castello di 900 anni si arrocca orgoglioso su una lussureggiante collina boscosa che domina il Tamigi. ITh suoi ampi giardini paesaggistici e torretta imponente, È facile capire perché il Castello di Windsor è amato da re Carlo II.
Al Castello di Windsor, goditi un'affascinante sbirciatina attraverso il buco della serratura nei sontuosi appartamenti statali, che ospitano opere d'arte inestimabili di Rembrandt e Leonardo da Vinci, e visita la splendida cappella di San Giorgio, luogo di riposo finale atmosferico di ex monarchi tra cui Enrico VIII ed Elisabetta II. Il pullman lascerà il Castello di Windsor alle 11 circa: 30 per passare alla prossima parte della vostra avventura.
Da un castello di 900 anni a un monumento di 5.000 anni fa – farete un passo ancora più indietro nel tempo visitando Stonehenge, a cui arriverete per circa 13:15. Stonehenge era un tempio per il culto del sole, un centro di guarigione, un sito di sepoltura o forse un enorme calendario? Come hanno fatto i nostri antenati a trasportare le possenti pietre da così lontano e poi, utilizzando solo il più primitivo degli strumenti, costruire questa straordinaria struttura? Circondato dal mistero, Stonehenge non manca mai di impressionare.
Per la tua ultima tappa della giornata – visita la bellissima città di Oxford, nota per essere la sede dell'università più antica del mondo di lingua Inglese. In questo tour a piedi di Oxford, segui le orme dei famosi studenti di Oxford (come C.S.Lewis e Bill Clinton) mentre cammini attraverso gli affascinanti cortili universitari e i vicoli acciottolati di questa storica città universitaria.
Ammira la famosa "città delle guglie da sogno" e visita la Biblioteca Bodleiana, una delle biblioteche più antiche d'Europa. . I did not have a good experience with the "Windsor, Oxford, and Stonehenge Tour from London (Classic Plus)." I ran into a problem at Windsor and missed the bus; I was unable to resolve the situation using the emergency number on the wristband—I felt abandoned. I tried contacting via WhatsApp but only received automated responses. As a foreigner who struggles with English, I felt desperate to rejoin the group. I had to turn to drivers from other companies on my own, as they could see my distress. Finally, a group from another company gave me a "lift" so I could reach Stonehenge. That day, I missed out on visiting the archaeological site I had really wanted to see; it was a very sad and disheartening experience. I ended up booking a new trip for the following day and finally made it to Stonehenge. However, I certainly will not recommend this tour . there is too much to do in a rush, and you run the risk of being left behind somewhere.

Had a tour with Oliver and driver Ali, which was well guided and got us to places on time. Oliver had great communication throughout the guided portion of tour and watched for everyone's safety. Only wish I had was the order of the tour as I personally found Oxford has the most to experience in the city, then Windsor castle as there was lots to see inside, but you can't take any pictures and the lastly Stonehenge as 1hr should be more than enough.

Kelvin was a super guide who was able to give us some personal recommendations and tips. His way of storytelling was very exciting, and we also really appreciated the help and support on-site (tickets, etc.). Our driver Armando got us through the day punctually and safely. Both were very friendly and accommodating. The tour was a lot of fun and provided many impressions. However, we had a very tight schedule, and we could certainly have spent more time at one or two of the stops.
Schöner Tag, sehr viel Info Kelvin war ein super Guide der uns einige persönliche Empfehlungen und Tipps geben konnte. Seine Erzählweise war sehr spannend und auch die Hilfe und Unterstützung vor Ort (tickets, etc.) wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Unser Fahrer Armando hat uns pünktlich und sicher durch den Tag gebracht. Beide waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Tour hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und viele Eindrücken vermittelt. Allerdings hatten wir einen sehr straffen Zeitplan und an dem einen oder anderen Stopp hätte man durchaus mehr Zeit verbringen können.
