Tour per piccoli gruppi - Max 10 partecipanti Un breve tragitto in traghetto e una facile pedalata attraverso il nord della città e raggiungeremo le Waterlands, la campagna appena fuori Amsterdam. Presto sono le mucche e le insegne dei contadini che offrono gelati o latte appena fatti. Discuteremo di gestione dell'acqua e del territorio, vedremo un mulino a vento vecchio stile, spiegheremo perché gli olandesi sono così pazzi per la bicicletta e come hanno usato questi sentieri durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale alla ricerca dei beni di cui avevano bisogno per sopravvivere. Ci saranno un sacco di opportunità fotografiche lungo la strada mentre navighiamo attraverso alcuni villaggi e ci fermiamo a prendere tutto. Poiché i Paesi Bassi sono relativamente piatti, non è necessario essere in forma per partecipare e la bici elettrica lo rende un gioco da ragazzi. Passeremo la maggior parte del nostro tempo fuori città per un viaggio in bicicletta rilassato.

Per uscire dalla città prenderemo un traghetto situato sul retro della stazione ferroviaria centrale di Amsterdam
Uno dei nove mulini a vento rimasti ad Amsterdam, daremo un'occhiata a questo mentre ci dirigiamo a nord fuori città.
In questa escursione, visiteremo alcuni villaggi a nord e faremo una rilassante crociera attraverso i campi dei contadini.
Un altro grazioso villaggio ha una bella chiesa nel centro della città. Occasionalmente, faremo una breve pausa, due saliamo sulla chiesa e ammiriamo i dintorni (soggetto a disponibilità).
Il nostro ultimo villaggio ci regalerà una splendida vista sul porto prima di tornare ad Amsterdam Nord.
Torneremo ad Amsterdam fermandoci a vedere un ex cantiere navale con una storia importante. In totale pedaleremo per circa 90 minuti - 2 ore e percorreremo circa 15 km

The bike Tour was one of the top highlights of our trip to Amsterdam! Corbin was very nice and told us a lot of interesting facts along the way. He stopped for pictures and we saw the absolute gorgeous countryside. We also went to a farm where we had the best ice cream and Corbin had delicious cheese and apple slices to share for us. He took very good care of our 11 year old daughter who was scared to ride an e bike for the first time- in the end she loved it and it was one of her favorite things we did in Amsterdam! Great tour !!!

Great tour. Would do the longer 5-6h tour next time. So much fun getting out of the city and visiting the countryside Just need to be able to add a beer or coffee stop to make it even better Bikes were so good, power if needed but really new and nice to ride Kevin our guide struggled with English a bit as he is originally from the US (joke), but seriously he was super funny & nice and really made a huge effort to get to know everyone and regularly checked in to see if all was well. Would highly recommend this tour and perhaps consider the longer tour as 2.5 hours flew past really quickly.

Lovely trip to the Amsterdam countryside! Beautiful route, easy central location for departure/arrivals, comfortable bikes. Definitely worth the price. Guide was friendly and shared interesting facts along the way, but was new to the city/country and so couldn't answer questions if they were outside the script. I've noticed this throughout Amsterdam, as there are so many international and young folks that finding a local or more experienced guide is difficult. You will enjoy a great day with Those Amsterdames!

On the guide note: it's true she's newer to Amsterdam, but most of our guides have actually called NL home for 20+ years, with several having become Dutch themselves (and a few who were born here). That mix is something we're proud of — it means real depth, not just script-reading. That said, we're always on the lookout for new talent too, and your guide is a great example: still building her local knowledge, but she brings a genuine passion for this city and the kind of playful, fun energy that fits our tours perfectly. Those Amsterdames country side bicycle tour was an excellent afternoon. Our guide Kevin was a lot of fun and super knowledgeable about Amsterdam and the surrounding areas. He truly seemed to enjoy spending a couple hours with us in the tour. It was fun to get out of the hustle of the city and see some nearby villages..best part is stopping for an ice cream!! The e-bikes are easy to ride and the pace was perfect. I can’t wait to go back and book the longer tour with this fine company.
