Thanks to the selection of spots, I was able to get an initial, appealing impression of the Lake District. The 1-day tour is of course short because of the long drive there and back, but it is definitely worth it.
It was an enjoyable day. The tour guide /driver was very professional at his job. He gave us a full story of the region, its history present and past. We enjoyed the boat ride and the surroundings. Will do it again.

I had a perfect experience! The 16 seater coach started right on time and our guide, Rob, was superb— helpful, knowledgeable, and punctual. The Windermere lake, the little villages of Grasmere and Hawkshead, Wordsworth’s cottage— all done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this trip. I would highly recommend the Rabbie’s tour company as well.

Loved this trip. Clive our driver was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a rainy day but that didn't distract from a very beautiful part of the world. Would recommend this trip to everyone
