Questo è uno straordinario ciclo guidato di mezza giornata che ti consente di sperimentare lo straordinario scenario costiero della Wild Atlantic Way. Il tour ti porta lungo promontori e lungo spiagge selvagge attraverso la lussureggiante e verde campagna irlandese. Vedrai mucche al pascolo nei campi e raccolti come il mais che brillano e ondeggiano nella brezza. Iniziamo dal Museo Lusitania/Old Head Signal Tower con vista sugli Old Head Gold Links, sul porto di Cork e sulla bellissima zona di West Cork. Pedaleremo lungo due spiagge prima di fermarci in un tradizionale pub irlandese nel villaggio di Ballinspittle. Qui gusteremo un tè/caffè o una bibita analcolica prima di tornare in bicicletta attraverso la campagna più meravigliosa fino al nostro punto di partenza. Il tour prevede il ciclismo su terreno moderatamente collinare. E' adatto a coppie, gruppi e famiglie con bambini più grandi. Per i gruppi, il percorso esatto del tour può essere personalizzato in base alle vostre esigenze. Le biciclette e le bici elettriche sono dotate di casco e giubbotto ad alta visibilità.

Il nostro punto d'incontro! Questo è un piccolo museo, ospitato in un'antica torre di vedetta. C'è un piccolo bar e servizi igienici.
Mentre pedaliamo, seguiamo parte della Wild Atlantic Way, un percorso stradale segnalato di 2.600 km (1.600 miglia) lungo la costa dell'Irlanda. Questo percorso è stato selezionato per seguire i migliori paesaggi e le esperienze culturali e storiche della zona.
Pedaleremo lungo questa spiaggia selvaggia, spesso godendoci la vista delle persone che nuotano e praticano altri sport acquatici come il surf e il kitesurf.
Ci fermeremo per un tè/caffè o una bibita in un pub nel colorato villaggio di Ballinspittle. C'è una birreria all'aperto dove possiamo sederci se il tempo è bello.
Il resto del tempo lo trascorreremo pedalando attraverso la campagna.
Finiremo il nostro tour tornando al punto in cui abbiamo iniziato, all'Old Head of Kinsale. Perché non entrare nel museo e visitare la terrazza panoramica per ammirare viste ancora più spettacolari della zona?

Our guide, Ruth, was amazing! The entire experience was wonderful. I highly recommend.
Ruth was extremely helpful with getting our bikes booked and ready, she is so responsive to emails and was on hand on the phone when needed. The bikes were excellent quality and perfect for a cycle along the coastline - E bikes recommend for those hills ! The views were stunning and Ruth recommended the perfect route. This is a must do excursion in Kinsale. Thanks Ruth :)

Small group tour on a mix of electric and normal bikes. Casual. Informative. Useful workout! Super coffee stop with view of fabulous Head of Kinsale. Tour lenght was just right and finished on time. Ruth was a great guide/leader. Thanks

We booked the e-bikes for three 50-something aged couples of mixed biking/athletic ability. The “pedal assist” bikes were easy to use and made the tour struggle free for everyone. I hadn’t rode a bike in 40 years, but all of my nerves dissipated minutes after I started riding. Our tour guide, Ruth, was amazing. She took us along the coast, through a forest, and along scenic back roads. Her historical and cultural knowledge of the area is unmatched. Most of all, Ruth was patient and kept us safe on the bikes and roads. Our stop at the cafe gave us time to enjoy truly delicious scones, tea and cappuccino, as well as breath taking views of beaches and the water. I highly recommend making this tour part of your itinerary if you are visiting the Kinsale area. Worth every penny, and you will feel like you accomplished some real physical activity, even though the bikes are set to do all the “work” for you if you want them to.
