Questa è l'opzione "High Adventure" per coloro che vogliono la corsa più bagnata e selvaggia a Jackson Hole. Lewis & Clark (stima 1971) gestisce le più piccole zattere guidate in assoluto sul fiume Snake. Ancora più importante, siamo l'unico outfitter che offre un'esperienza pura "solo pagaia". Abbiamo tolto i pesanti telai a remi trovati in altri tour per darti una barca più leggera, veloce e reattiva. Nelle nostre zattere da 14 piedi, ti siedi proprio sulla linea di galleggiamento. Ogni onda sembra più grande e colpisce più forte. È una corsa aggressiva e incentrata sulla squadra in cui fornisci la potenza necessaria per sfondare rapide leggendarie come Big Kahuna e Lunch Counter. Con un massimo di 8 ospiti, non c'è posto dove nascondersi dagli spruzzi. Questo è il più vicino che si può arrivare alle acque bianche senza nuotare. Il viaggio copre 8 miglia di acque bianche di classe II e III con rapide come "Lunch Counter" e "Big Kahuna". Il tempo di andata e ritorno è di circa 3,5 ore. - CHECK-IN : Si prega di arrivare al nostro ufficio (180 Powderhorn Ln) 30 minuti prima dell'orario del viaggio. Abbiamo un programma rigoroso per prendere la finestra del fiume; arrivi in ritardo perderanno l'autobus!
- COSA INDOSSARE : Ti inzupperai! I sintetici ad asciugatura rapida sono essenziali (costumi da bagno, protezioni antisfogo, poliestere). Assolutamente niente cotone, denim o felpe con cappuccio: quando sono bagnati, ti rendono freddo e pesante. Sono obbligatorie scarpe sicure (sandali sportivi con cinturino sul tallone, vecchie scarpe da ginnastica o scarpe da acqua). Niente infradito, Crocs o piedi nudi. Mute e stivaletti sono disponibili per il noleggio presso il nostro ufficio (altamente consigliato per le giornate più fresche).
- POLITICA METEOROLOGICA: Facciamo rafting pioggia o sole! Nella piccola barca, si sta andando a bagnarsi indipendentemente dal tempo. Forniamo attrezzatura gratuita al lancio per aiutare a tagliare il vento / acqua, ma vieni preparato per gli elementi.
- REQUISITI FISICI : Si tratta di una gita attiva in canoa. Tutti gli ospiti devono essere in grado di pagaiare e tenere duro attraverso l'acqua bianca. Non raccomandato per le viaggiatrici in gravidanza o per quelle con gravi problemi alla schiena/cuore.

Booked the small boat adventure for our group of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens 18, 17, 17, 17). What a blast! Would do it again for sure. Friendly, easy check in. Perfect communication before hand with emails, etc. Easy to rent appropriate shoes. No need for wet suits the day we went. Bus driver Boobo, and guide Riley were wonderful and made the trip so enjoyable. Great safety talk in the boat. Everyone felt comfortable. We hit some nice rapids, got wet on a nice warm day. Overall amazing experience and great pictures. Highly recommend!! Don’t wait.
I had hit a few rapids in Colorado, but this was my first Wyoming white water adventure, and it was a blast! I was one of eight on the raft, and our guide Luke was amazing! The guy seemed to live and breathe rafting. We hit class one, two, and three rapids that seemed to lift us right out of the river! And what a river! The Snake River is awesome! Even if the thrill of shooting the rapids wasn’t enough, the scenery was unbelievable! Although I was drenched in river water, I got the opportunity to take a dip in the Snake! One note though, the rafting company is particular about what you wear. Although they have wet suits to rent, I decide to shell out a few bucks for one of their hooded shirts. After all, I may want to do this again someday.

Such a fun and exciting experience. We were a little nervous to begin but everyone made us feel comfortable. Danny was amazing. He made us feel very safe. We got to see river otters, a bald eagle, and an osprey. Highly recommend!!
