Classe di rafting in acque bianche II e III Una divertente combinazione di brividi in acque bianche e aree in cui l'acqua è abbastanza docile da tuffarsi e fare una nuotata. Questo è perfetto per un'avventura in famiglia e per i principianti, questa avventura il vantaggio è che è più vicina di qualsiasi altra a soli 30 minuti da La Fortuna è l'unica che puoi davvero avere una visione chiara del vulcano e persino del famoso Cerro Chato che è vicino al vulcano Arenal. Partenza alle 14:00 tutti i giorni. Ritorno alle 18:00 Include: trasporto, frutta, guida avventurosa. Questa avventura è speciale per famiglie, principianti o persone che vogliono solo fare rafting nel pomeriggio. Questo sarà molto esotico come mai prima d'ora con le migliori viste che puoi immaginare.

Rafting was so much fun! The sights were amazing aswell. I was not expecting to get super wet but I did not mind it because the water felt super refreshing. Our guide was Warren and he was super helpful and funny!

Fun white water rafting down the Balsa River! This 2 hours on the river was fun. Although the rapids were normally class 2&3, the recent torrential rains made it 3&4 for our day (and we hit the only day of sun during our 5 days in La Fortuna). Our guide Ronald was excellent and funny - very comfortable to be around. Our raft had 6 and the company had 13 other rafts going simultaneously so it was a bit of an organizational effort but to us we felt independent. They provided us with delicious fruit at the end and after our drive back to the office, a lovely typicos Costa Rican lunch was provided. An added bonus was touring the adjacent organic farm complete with animals which was interesting (and free). Overall a good experience with Descents, we were very satisfied. Highly recommend when looking for adventure in La Fortuna Costa Rica.

Do not miss the chance to do this. Our second full day here, and I feel like this got us immersed in Costa Rica. A unique viewpoint from the river seeing wildlife whilst riding the waves. We did it for the fun of whitewater rafting, but the true joy of this is the views and the beauty. Guides were super friendly, knowledgeable, and good fun too.

So fun! Rapids were high and you definitely will get soaked. Ronald, our guide was great and let us stay a bit to watch a sleeping baby sloth. We saw sloths, birds, an iguana monkeys. They fed us fruits of pineapples and watermelon at the end and then drove us to a restaurant where we ate a nice lunch.

Warner was our favourite guide! Very thoughtful and encouraging. The fruits, pineapple, and chocolate they provide were delicious! The rapids were not too intense but allowed for some fun drops, and the views were the best part.
