We had an amazing experience on our tour. Our guide was absolutely fantastic and while there was a language barrier we used Google translate and were able to talk without issue. The company arranged pick up at our hotel both days and we also had a one way transfer to Lake Toya which they worked for us after the tour. My youngest daughter even got car sick on the way up there and the guide was so kind giving her extra time at our stop. The van was spacious and relaxing in between stops. I would definitely use them again!
Lake Toya view was fantastic, we did pay for extra helicopter ride. Usu Ropeway stop again was great a bit overcast but still worth it. The volcanic pools an Hell valley were fascinating

Takada was our driver and his Alphard was immaculate. He was such a gentleman and although he didn't speak much English, he would do over and beyond by showing us the English translation of what he wanted to impart to us about the interesting sights along the way and in Furano. He was thoughtful and anticipated our needs. Our visit to Furano: Farm Tomita, Shikisai-no-Oka...was a beautiful experience.

The vehicle was in immaculate condition. Thanks to the smooth driving by Takada San, the journey was very comfortable. Takada San has very limited English but I did not have any problems with that. I got to see everything I wanted. I requested an early 6:45am pickup and he was there waiting for me. Excellent service.

We had a great experience on our tour! After booking, the company reached out promptly and was responsive and helpful in planning our tour, which included finding lunch for a vegetarian member of our group. Our driver, Yūki, was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to give us good suggestions for things to see and do at the various sites we visited (Farm Tomita, Blue Pond, Shikisai-no-Oka, and Ningle Terrace). We also appreciated that he brought a good quality camera, took some group pictures for us, and then sent them to us. The van was very comfortable as well. Overall, a great experience and one we would happily do again!
