Ciao! Sono Kevin, nato e cresciuto a Chicago, e vivo a Strasburgo dal 2020. Adoro condividere la mia casa adottiva con i viaggiatori che amano un mix di cultura, storia, umorismo e autenticità! In questo “Benvenuti a Strasburgo!” Tour a piedi, visiteremo molti punti salienti dei luoghi e della vita in città. Ammireremo la bellezza dell'iconica cattedrale di Strasburgo, passeggeremo attraverso Petite France, il quartiere più pittoresco di Strasburgo, seguito dalle piazze più importanti della città. Lungo la strada, vi indicherò anche altre cose da esplorare per il resto del vostro soggiorno! Questo è un tour a piedi rilassato e amichevole. Piuttosto che una lezione di storia, è più come una passeggiata con un amico con fatti divertenti, storie locali e ottimi consigli sul cibo da condividere! Che siate qui per un giorno o una settimana, farò in modo che Strasburgo si senta un po' più familiare :) Nota: - non entreremo all'interno della cattedrale durante il tour - il tour è condotto in Inglese

Inizieremo la nostra introduzione a Strasburgo con una breve panoramica storica e culturale della città
Ci meraviglieremo della bellezza e impareremo alcuni fatti divertenti sull'iconica cattedrale di Strasburgo. (Nota: non entreremo nella cattedrale durante il tour.)
Apprezzeremo una combinazione di stili architettonici che si possono vedere solo in Alsazia lungo una passerella pedonale sul lungofiume.
Godremo di una splendida vista della Petite France da lungo il fiume prima di esplorare il quartiere.
Cammineremo per le strade ventose del quartiere più pittoresco di Strasburgo e godremo di una vista mozzafiato della città lontano dalla folla
Visiteremo il cuore sociale di Strasburgo

Kevin was a fantastic guide. Although he has only lived in Strasbourg since 2020, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the city, its history, and its culture. He shared lots of great recommendations for places to eat and things to see, which was a nice bonus. The highlight of the tour was how he explained the more complex and sensitive parts of Strasbourg’s history. He presented the different perspectives with care and respect, helping me better understand the city’s unique past without oversimplifying it. His knowledge and passion for the history really made the tour enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Strasbourg.
Kevin was the perfect person to contextualize the city for me, allowing me to appreciate its diversity and beauty in ways that I would have otherwise overlooked. Because the city has changed hands several times in its history, the dissonance you will experience will make sense to you. Kevin also has many recommendations for your stay in Strasbourg that my husband and I later tested; we were quite pleased. I took his tour during the heat wave, and Kevin was thoughtful about water breaks and shady rest stops given the length of the tour. After the tour concluded, he offered to answer questions and advised on the remainder of my Strasbourg itinerary, which I found to be quite helpful. I went on the tour alone, but he created a vibe where I left feeling like I made new friends I hadn’t met yet if you know what I mean. I highly recommend.
Our guide is a native to the area and deeply knowledgeable about the history and culture. He knew every village and provided a lot of insight.

It was truly a wonderful experience and a pleasant way to get to know Strasbourg. I immensely enjoyed this tour and will do it again when I returned with my family. Kevin is one of the best guides I've had the pleasure of meeting. He is very friendly, I especially appreciate how he laid out how the tour is going to be and you can feel how much he loves his adopted city. Kevin's English fluency (being his first language) also made a significant difference in understanding the history of Strasbourg. I appreciate his insight and the ability to relate the cultural differences between different countries. Thank you for the wonderful welcome in thos very beautiful city.
We booked this last minute and couldn’t be happier with our experience. It was an outstanding tour filled with a mix of history, cultural facts, and a general understanding of the city. We thoroughly enjoyed it and wouldn’t want to have spent our day in Strasbourg any other way. We saw beautiful sights, had a chance to get delicious snacks, and really appreciated getting to see and understand the city in depth and beyond the standard tourist offerings. Book this intimate tour, you won’t regret it.
Cannot recommend enough for anyone visiting Strasbourg! This 3 hour walking tour was one of my favorite activities we did while visiting France. Kevin is very friendly knowledgeable and answers any questions about Strasbourg you may have. He also provides great recommendations for places to eat etc. Just be prepared to cover a lot of ground and bring water!

What a wonderful day spent with Kevin. It was a wonderful way to get to know the city and learn more about the history and what makes Strasbourg so special. All the restaurant recommendations were spectacular. It was definitely a highlight of our 18 day stay in France. We will definitely be coming back!
Kevin knows his history and is a great storyteller. We’ve done plenty of walking tours, but this one is one of my favorites. I may not remember the dates of the different events that Kevin spoke of, but I’ll never forget the stories. He also gave us his recommendations on restaurants, which was nice.
