This was a great experience! We basically had a private pilot for the day. It saved a tremendous amount of time seeing both wave rock and Rottnest. The views from the plane, spectacular!

A bit pricey but it’s a very effective way to visit both places in one day! Wave rock and Rottnest Island are beautiful, and the flight was very good! The only thing you should bear in mind is that you are hiring a pilot for a day, not a tour guide, and there won’t be much tour guide type explanations. Pilots are also rigid in time management as they need to prepare for the flight - so be punctual!
