We waited 15 minutes before calling to see where driver was. He called back five minutes later and said he needed at least 15 more minutes. Not an effective pickup. Refund was given
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delayed pickup. Your flight arrived over 30 minutes behind schedule, which required us to assign a replacement chauffeur, and he needed additional time to reach the airport. We fully respect your decision not to wait and issued a complete refund immediately. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we have since improved our process to proactively notify guests of any change to their pickup.
This service made getting from the airport to our hotel a breeze, especially after a long day of traveling with three kids. Piotr Jabłobski was an excellent driver. He was friendly, timely, helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to see and do in Warsaw.
Very nice ride and the driver has very nice to us old people
The staff at Warsaw Store misled me which resulted in me paying for the transaction in my home currency rather than Polish Zloty. When I tapped my card the staff told me to input my pin. I started doing so but after inputting two digits the transaction went through in Pounds. The staff told me that it was my fault because I input the numbers, although they told me to do so. One of the staff said that it did not matter which currency I paid in which was a straight lie - it normally costs 10% more to pay in home currency and this difference usually goes to the seller (i.e. Warsaw Store). I asked to speak to the manager but was told that they were unavailable. The staff was rude and dismissive. The experience made me feel very angry. My flight was on 7 February at 14.55.
Reliable and responsability! Incident with the van before pick-up but the coordinator came to airport and solved the problem! We where with some preocupation but all solved! So, reliable company and thank you Tom!
My driver was at at the airport less than 5 minutes after I exited customs/immigration. The large car was clean and comfortable. Overall, a good experience.

Driver was prompt, helped us with our bags. Vehicle was just what we wanted & needed. It was very clean. Drive was good and we arrived at airport wuickly.
