The requested service turned out to be a fraud! The assigned tour guide did not show up at appointed time and place.
Hello Arhant, We are sorry to read your comment, but we feel compelled to clarify what happened, as our team went above and beyond to provide a proactive solution for you. As documented in our communication records, you originally booked a tour in Spanish but requested it in English. As you can review in our message history, we initially informed you that the tour was only available in Spanish. However, wanting to help, we proactively tried to find a solution and immediately notified you as soon as we managed to secure an English-speaking guide specifically for you. The assigned guide was at the agreed meeting point right on time. After waiting for 10 minutes without seeing you, the guide informed us and herself called you directly to locate you. At the same time, our office team sent you a message through the platform notifying you that the guide had been waiting and would stay for an additional 10 minutes as a courtesy. Ultimately, after a reasonable waiting period and having received no response or sign of your arrival, the guide informed us that she had to leave, at which point we sent you a final notification that we marked as a no-show. Calling this a "scam" is unfair to the dedicated effort we made to accommodate your language request and to the time our guide spent waiting for you at the designated spot. On our part, if you were unable to enjoy the service, we have no issue with a refund; however, this must always comply with the platform's policies, so we kindly ask you to contact them directly regarding this matter. Our tour guide, Ashley, was perfect for this tour: pleasant, conversational, and knowledgeable of her town, the patio neighborhood, and the plants and flowers on display in the tour. Highly recommended!
