The tour was good. But the Anglican cathedral was closed that day and it was not Hassan himself, but his colleague. I recommend to retitle this tour to “with Hassan & friends”. Otherwise the people will be disappointed that Hassan is missing.

Very informative tour. The only downside was the ATM he took me too charged a 10% commission. I don’t know if they’re all like this on Zanzibar.

Brilliant tour with Alfa. It’s a great way to see the town, especially if you’re on limited time.. there is so much I would have missed otherwise! Alfa was hugely knowledgeable and professional, and made sure to tailor it to my interests. I booked last minute and he was super quick to confirm, responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Amir was a very good guide speaking correctly French and very very nice. He gave us a tour of Stone Town, his explanations were clear and very interesting about the history of the city, its buildings, its monuments and its little secret corners. I highly recommend Amir.

Admiring our guide was great. He speaks very good French and has explained the history of the archipelago since the arrival of the English, Arabs and others ..... We were able to walk throughout Stone Town from the fish, meat, chicken, spices marches to the essential buildings (mosque, church, dispensary....) He advised us on souvenir shops because we were looking for something specific. He waited for us when we went for a drink on the roof top of the Zanzibar cafe..... A guide like we would like to have in every city!
