This was a disappointing activity! The inflatable water slide (which was half the reason we chose this) was not able to be used; we were told once out at sea, it had a hole in it. We should have been informed about this before getting on the boat. The snorkeling location was less than average, very choppy seas, minimal fish. I would not recommend this activity. Spend your money elsewhere!
Aloha, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that the water slide was unavailable during your excursion, especially knowing it was one of the main reasons you chose the experience. Safety always comes first at Go Hawaii Watersports. On this particular trip, our crew discovered an issue with the inflatable slide once we were underway, and the slide was immediately taken out of service rather than risk anyone’s safety. We understand, however, how disappointing it was to learn about this after boarding, and we’re sorry for the frustration that caused. We also want to share that this is the only time the slide has malfunctioned since we launched this tour more than two years ago. While unexpected equipment issues can happen, we know that doesn’t make the experience any less disappointing for our guests. We’re also sorry the snorkeling conditions and marine life didn’t meet your expectations. Ocean conditions can vary from day to day, and unfortunately, we can’t control the weather, currents, or where the fish choose to be. Guides were awesome and would point out the turtles when they were close to the surface. Lots of snorkeling with fish, jumping off of the inflatable cliff, and slide. The kids had an absolute blast and it was so memorable!

The boat and staff were fine, but very disappointed that they decided to tell us once we were already at the destination spot that the slide was popped which means they already knew before we left the dock. Also, there was no flotation mat out, so basically only 2 of the 4 included activities were offered.

We are sorry that this affected your experience. We would like to clarify what happened that day. Our team discovered an issue with the slide shortly before the tour was scheduled to depart. Once we identified that the slide was not operating properly, we made the decision that it could not be used. While we understand that it was frustrating to learn this once we reached our destination, we never want to put our guests in a situation where an activity is not safe to operate. The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority, and we will always choose safety over operating an attraction that has a mechanical issue. We also understand your frustration regarding the flotation mat. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as we want every aspect of the experience to meet the expectations we set for our guests. Snorkeling fairly close to shore at a reef. We did see sea turtles and fish. The slide was broken. I chose this vendor over others for the slide and was not made aware the slide was not available until we were getting in the water. Very disappointed. No discount offered.

There were slides, jump pads, floating mats, etc. If you are only interested in a less expensive snorkel, this was great. But if they had told me none of the other items were going to be available before we left and gave us the option for a refund, I would have appreciated it. We had already snorkeled in this area.

The crew was beyond amazing !! I lost my new mission 1, 1000 dollar go pro, and the boys from the crew found it on the bottom of the ocean ! They treated my kids well, snacks and drinks, they were awesome, made it a great experience and will be back, and we saw a huge sea turtle ! My son freaked out, definitely coming back !!

Crew is friendly knowledgeable we had snacks we saw turtles one of the crew members swam down and caught an octopus and sea urchins it the water slide was so much fun and the jumping stand was really fun too! We loved it and I recommend all to do this!
