Terrible experience, terrible communication, predatory. We texted the company several times the ORIGINAL day of the excursion for confirmation and we were told everything was still on and conditions looked good. Once we arrived at the meeting point and called our original contact Diego, he didn’t answer. We finally get picked up an hour later than what was explained to us in our itinerary and no one properly communicated this to us AT ALL. They then drive us out to the site just to tell us the weather is too poor to paraglide. They pressure use to rebook for the next day even though we had other plans, spent $100 in cab fairs and wasted half a day of our trip. We reluctantly agree as this was our main activity for the trip. When we get back to our hotel we are told by the unbiased staff that the weather is not great for flying this time of year, and that it we will likely have the same issue tomorrow. We wake up early the following day and see that the forecast is very similar as the day before. We again reach out to company and do not get a reply. Rather than asking our driver to make a 90 min trip to come get us, we decided to cancel rather than go through another poor experience. The company never responded to our previous texts, but once we said we’re canceling due to continued consistent weather, they got hostile, insisted the weather was now fine and that they will not being issuing a refund. How they know this definitely when they didn’t know anything about anything the previous morning is telling. The fact they didn’t respond until we canceled tells ya all that you need to know. I’d recommend using a company that is honest, timely and cares about their customers. Once they saw an opportunity to steal our money they were suddenly very responsive. BUYER BEWARE!!

Aunque ustedes decidieron Reprogramar o reservar para otro día, finalmente cancelaron la actividad a último momento sin previo aviso. Aunque entendemos que se sentían descompuestos, según el chat que tenemos queremos recordarle que las condiciones climáticas eran adecuadas para volar y que ya teníamos todo organizado según el itinerario establecido. Desafortunadamente, no podemos ofrecer un reintegro ya que las reglas de nuestra compañía son claras en cuanto a cancelaciones a último momento. Siempre buscamos cumplir con los horarios y planes establecidos en tiempo y forma. Agradecemos su comprensión y esperamos tener la oportunidad de que puedan hacer el vuelo en el futuro. A spectacular flight, views that will amaze you very beautiful. I have to highlight the professionalism of my instructor Marcelo and Diego who on the extended flight I flew dedicated themselves to enjoy it to the maximum. I have no words to thank you!!! Geniuses!!!

They asked for a transfer before indicating the address, after receiving the deposit they say that they will not go to that place to look for the people. And they refuse to refund the money.

Amazing experience, recommended for all ages! We went in December, all protocols were fulfilled and we were able to enjoy a great experience. Diego and company treated us wonderfully. We will definitely fly with them again when we go to Mendoza! The flight gives unforgettable moments, with an amazing view.
