Estendi il tuo volo panoramico in elicottero della foresta pluviale di Cairns a 30 minuti e iniziamo questa esperienza salendo rapidamente con una distanza di 2.500 piedi sopra la città di Cairns diretti a ovest per la Great Dividing Range. Risalendo i lussureggianti pendii orientali, arriviamo sul bellissimo lago Morris che attira un'abbondanza di uccelli nelle sue acque incontaminate. Passando sopra la Copperlode Dam seguiremo la catena montuosa, sorvolando la Kuranda Scenic Railway a Stoney Creek. Continuiamo, volando nella potente Barron Gorge degna di "Instagram". Qui saliremo dolcemente, passando per 1.000 piedi sulla Skyrail Rainforest Cableway e poi circumnavigheremo le Barron Falls e il vicino villaggio della foresta pluviale di Kuranda, dove la famosa Skyrail e la Kuranda Scenic Railway iniziano il loro viaggio di ritorno a Cairns. Da Kuranda, il tuo tour in elicottero di Cairns gira verso la costa sui lussureggianti pendii orientali della Great Dividing Range con vista su Double Island, Palm Cove, sulla città di Cairns e fino al Reef.

Our second trip in a day….. overland rather than the Reef this time. Again both Hayley and Niels were fabulous in getting the most out of the experience, from clear briefing and instruction, to a fun description of what we were seeing over the ‘Oldest Rainforest in the World’, spectacular views of the dam and waterfalls 100m higher than Niagra. Even sorted out our taxi back to the City. Thanks both, the highlight of our Queensland adventure. M&J
We did this in combination with a Great Barrier Reef flight. Communication before the activity was responsive and well done. We used an Uber from our hotel and located the launch site with ease. Chris was out with another customer and left a note and access to cold drinks while we waited. Chris is very professional and well trained. He maintains high levels of safety. His commentary was so wonderful. We had great views. In fact, we went up on the Karunda Rail the next day and found our helicopter ride made that seem like a Disneyland attraction. We highly recommend Zoom Helicopters to anyone wanting a memorable experience
