Go Ballooning è un'azienda a conduzione familiare che si sforza di fornire un'esperienza cliente di alta qualità e creare ricordi indimenticabili. Il cestello della compagnia è lungo sei metri, lasciando ai passeggeri molto spazio per scattare le proprie foto e godersi la vista. Go Ballooning gestisce l'unico canestro australiano con porte. Ciò significa che i passeggeri non devono più scavalcare il cestello per entrare. Gli ospiti riceveranno anche un pacchetto fotografico alla fine del volo.

Il nostro autobus verrà a prendere gli ospiti intorno alle 3 : 00am alle 4 : 30am (a seconda del periodo dell'anno) in un determinato luogo di prelievo (questi dettagli vengono inviati via SMS la notte prima del volo). Gli ospiti saranno accompagnati al sito di decollo. Il tempo di volo in aria è di circa 45 - 60 minuti. Sorvoliamo la città di Gold Coast o l'entroterra di Gold Coast, a seconda dell'andamento del vento. Gli ospiti saranno riaccompagnati al luogo del prelievo tra le 7:30 e le 9:00.

I can honestly say this hot air balloon experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. It all started with spot-on, direct communication from the operator. We scored a ripper deal with a smooth-as booking process, followed by clear instructions and a locked-in 4 AM pickup time so we had no worries. The hour-long bus ride to the launch field gave us a chance to catch some much-needed sleep, and the halfway pitstop was a bloody lifesaver. A warm cuppa tea and some bikkies in the chilly morning air was exactly what we needed. Once at the field, top marks to the crew for providing disposable shoe covers to dodge the wet grass and cow dung "land mines"! Watching the balloon inflate was unreal. Fair dinkum, it is so much bigger than you’d expect. Our pilot was an absolute legend, giving a crystal-clear safety briefing and sharing heaps of fascinating knowledge throughout the flight, explaining how the balloon actually works and pointing out where we were heading. The views were simply magnificent, and catching the sunrise up there was pure magic. The adventure continued right through to the fun landing, where we actually got to step inside the deflating balloon and pitch in to help pack it away. The kids were absolutely stoked the whole time, too. The basket has stepping holes so the little ones could easily peek out, and they were even allowed to sit carefully on the middle railing for a bit. It was a bonza morning out and an unforgettable experience for the whole family! Good on ya, guys.
We have ballooned in Turkey’s Cappadocia, Cambodia’s Seam Reap, Egypt’s Valley of Kings and Victoria’s Yarra Valley. But we think Go Ballooning Gold Coast is the top for their fantastic staff and the enthusiasm they instilled into us all.

We had a fantastic uplifting experience with these guys. well organised , friendly, and kept us informed along the way. Safety was their priority. Great views of the sunrise over the Gold coast and hinterland of the scenic rim then an ultra smooth landing, Highly recommend.
Brilliant experience. Communication from company was great. Punctual pickup and taken to launch site. Everything explained well with what we will experience. It did not disappoint. Nice crisp morning with beautiful views. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend this adventure.
