Verremo a prendervi al vostro hotel, Airbnb o in qualsiasi altro luogo di Città del Messico. Ti contatteremo per comunicarti l'orario esatto del ritiro. È importante essere pronti prima dell'orario di ritiro per velocizzare il ritiro e arrivare puntuali nei nostri uffici. Se il tuo hotel o la tua località non sono elencati, prenota il tuo posto e scrivici per confermare la copertura; abbiamo un'ampia copertura a Città del Messico.
Arriverete al nostro porto per mongolfiere, vi accoglieremo con caffè e biscotti, vi daremo una breve spiegazione dell'itinerario della giornata e vi mostreremo un video sulla sicurezza con le istruzioni per godervi appieno la vostra esperienza. Successivamente ci recheremo alla mongolfiera su cui volerete; qui avrete tempo per scattare delle fotografie prima del volo.
Potrete gustare una deliziosa colazione sotto una magnifica grotta naturale, a base di un piatto tipico della regione, in un'atmosfera rilassata e confortevole.
Seguirà una breve e interessante spiegazione sulla cultura di Teotihuacan. Una guida vi spiegherà l'importanza dell'ossidiana e della pianta di maguey, e vi verrà offerta una degustazione di liquori tipici della regione, come tequila, pulque e mezcal.
Avrete a disposizione fino a un'ora e mezza per visitare il sito archeologico di Teotihuacan. Durante il volo in mongolfiera avete avuto l'opportunità di ammirare le piramidi dall'alto, e ora potrete apprezzarne l'immensità da terra. (Biglietto d'ingresso non incluso)
Ritorneremo allo stesso hotel o luogo in cui vi abbiamo prelevato a Città del Messico. Possiamo cambiare il luogo di rientro, ma è importante che ce lo comunichiate in anticipo.

Se hai prenotato l'opzione senza trasporto, ti indicheremo la posizione del nostro porto per le mongolfiere un giorno prima, così potrai raggiungerlo autonomamente. Se hai prenotato il trasporto incluso, verremo a prenderti direttamente al tuo hotel o Airbnb a Città del Messico. L'orario di prelievo è dalle 4:10 alle 5:00 da Città del Messico, per arrivare a Teotihuacan alle 6:00 del mattino con il primo volo in programma. Per il secondo volo, l'orario è dalle 6:00 alle 6:30 da Città del Messico, con arrivo a Teotihuacan alle 7:30. NOTA: ricorda che siamo soggetti a disponibilità e che diamo sempre priorità al fatto che la tua esperienza si svolga nel primo slot di volo. In caso di forte richiesta, verrai avvisato che il tuo volo verrà effettuato nel secondo slot di volo.

Extremely professional and easy landing!!!
Amazing experience, cannot recommend this enough. Every step of the way was professional. Our guide spoke perfect english and our driver, while he didn’t speak english, provided a very safe, comfortable, and accommodating ride. Our hot air balloon captain too was safe and very precise through the flight and landing. There was not a moment in the experience that my partner or I felt anything but excited and very comfortable. We did bot fly directly over the pyramids but were expecting that could be the case. It is a ballon so it’s flight path is in part subject to the wind. There are also many other flights that take place at the same time, so the airspace can get crowded. Any negative reviews for not going over the pyramids lack sense imo. We still had a wonderful flight and great views of the pyramids btw!!
We had a great experience with Gran Vuelo Teotihuacán. Everything was very well organized, and they were punctual from start to finish, which made the whole morning chill. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to answer any questions we had. The balloon flight itself was an unforgettable experience, and everything felt safe and professionally managed. Great tour group. Very efficient and excellent communication. I would absolutely use them again in the future. The breakfast was awesome in the cave, the balloon flight was great, and the pyramids were wonderful.
