A lot of hanging around before the flight. Food was covered in wasps. Despite this an amazing experience

The experience was top-notch! Our driver was Ayman, before collecting us, he already texted me to update where he currently was. I forgot the name of our hot air balloon pilot, but he was superb. He gave everyone the chance to take photos on the corner and has turned the balloon couple of times so we could all see and admire the sunrise. He was funny and friendly. The ground crew were also very nice, no rushing felt from them at all. They allowed us to take videos and photos even after the ride. The breakfast wasn't grand but it was decent - selection of breads, tea/coffee/juice, eggs, yoghurt and bottled water. We've also done this in Cappadocia and I can't help but compare the experience. Sure Cappadocia has better views but the staffs and service here on Marrakesh are top tier. I will definitely recommend this activity to my friends who will be visiting Morocco.

Absolutely fantastic experience, my wife took unwell the night before we were due to do the balloon ride, I got in touch to say we wouldn’t make it and thought that would be that, but Oasis got back in touch offering to reschedule, we were leaving the next evening so we managed to go that morning and were so glad we did! It’s unbelievable how great this trip is and the team at Oasis are so great from start to finish
