We had such a wonderful experience at this paella cooking class in Valencia! Robert was an incredible host–friendly, welcoming, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The class was a perfect mix of learning, cooking, and enjoying great company. We loved preparing authentic paella together while learning about the ingredients, techniques, and local traditions. The tapas were absolutely delicious, and the paella was amazing! This was one of the highlights of our trip and a fantastic experience to share as a family. Robert's enthusiasm and passion for Valencian cuisine truly made the class memorable. We highly HIGHLY recommend this experience for couples, families, or small groups of friends loking for an authentic and enjoyable cooking experience in Valencia!

We did the Paella cooking class with Robert, and we highly recommend for anyone!! It was just me and my partner, so we got to have a private experience on a beautiful rooftop terrace. We loved how slow paced and relaxed it was, spending around ~4hrs there. It was lovely to learn all about Robert and the life he's built here, alongside eating some delicious food. If you can do this early on in your trip, then you’ll get to leave with plenty of recommendations about where to visit and what to eat. He also took photos for us so we could just focus on the experience, which I really appreciated! - N

What an unreal experience! Robert's Paella course was by far our best local excursion of the year! So relaxed and welcoming. Authentic to the core. Easy access by car and public transport. You will experience the authentic Espana you are looking for! Robert was awesome, and his dog was an added bonus :) Learned to cook some great paella, met some great people, had some great wine... Couldn't ask for better!

Robert is super welcoming and friendly. We were warmly received on his roof terrace in Valencia. We first got acquainted while enjoying a tasteful wine. We were a group of six but there was enough wine and beer for all of us. In addition to the drinks, we were also offered two tasty tapas boards. The course itself was extremely interesting and was taught with love. Robert made sure that even with a group of six everyone had a good time. The setting is also very nice, so on a roof terrace. Making the paella took about 2 hours, but they flew by. Robert has a super good recipe, which you also get behind, which made the paella very tasteful. In the end we left the house very happy, filled and an experience richer. Perfect for smaller groups, at the end of your day.

Robert is a real human being. He knows the city and its stories. During the beautiful bike tour he told about his workshop Paella cooking/making. We enjoyed both activities. Highly recommended!

Robert was amazing! This is a must do if visiting Valencia and wanting an authentic, homemade paella cooking class! In the privacy of his own home, it is welcoming and you will be greeted by Robert and his adorable pup Frida! The rooftop terrace is the place you start and is inviting and cozy! Robert had impeccable knowledge on the history of Valencia and traditions! We had a great time and the paella was unlike anything I have had anywhere else!! We plan to make it for our family as soon as we get home! Thanks Robert for the personal and expert experience!!
