It will be crowded and may be hard to hear at times. Bring a water bottle and drink lots of water...

The tour of the Sistine Chapel from the Royal Experience was excellent. The Royal staff were very helpful and professional. The guide was easy to understand and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone for a tour of the Sistine Chapel and museum.

Poor directions to meeting place: tour started 50 minutes late, while waiting on late arrivals, we just stood around . Supposedly to be small tour, 15, but was 20

After delayed flight and slow trains we made it to the sketchy store to get our tickets and tour only to be greeted by hostility and a man yelling at us. Yes we were 13 mins late due to flight and rail delays, but i did reach out in route to let them know we would be late. I got s call back with a man with poor english yelking at me for not being early. When we arrived 13 mins late, the store was sketchy and the man was rude and abusive. We couldnt explain and he lied about texting me. Finally he gave me tickets to get in an and said we could pay for the audio tour. I was told (lied to again) that he held the tour until 4:05, i asked what the guide looked like so we could catch up to them, and was told NO. My wife and I spent 23 days in Italy, taking numerous tours ( many with Viator) and they were awesome. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD ON A VACATION. Only reason I gave 1 star is because we got to see the sisteen chapel.

First of all, the "skip the line" feature is a real revolution. The queues at the Vatican can be incredibly long, so avoiding them was a huge time saver, allowing us to go straight to the art and history we had come looking for. Our guide, who was with Tour Geeky, was outstanding. Not only was she very knowledgeable, but also engaging, sharing fascinating stories about Vatican art, history and hidden treasures that I would otherwise never have known.

The Vatican Museum guided tour was an incredible experience! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made history come alive. The artwork and architecture were breathtaking, and the tour was well-organized. I appreciated the small group size, which allowed for a more personal experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Rome!

We were totally fooled. They offer you tickets without waiting in line and it is totally a LIE!!! You expect the same queue as other people Guide takes you on the literally museum run, gives you absolutely no time to see or appreciate anything To top it all off, they force you to pay in cash so you can't register or claim anything. An absolute disgrace.
