Very crowded and loud hard to hear guide with only one ear bud
Dear Guest, We are sorry that the crowds and noise affected your experience. The Accademia Gallery is one of the world’s most important museums, home to famous masterpieces of inestimable value, including Michelangelo’s David. Especially during Florence’s summer high season, visitors come from all over the world to admire these works, and the museum can therefore be very busy. Regarding the audio system, the single-ear headset is usually appreciated because it allows guests to hear the guide while remaining aware of their surroundings.
