Scopri il Colosseo prima di camminare per le strade del Foro Romano seguendo le orme di senatori e imperatori. Dopo aver incontrato la tua guida esperta e amichevole, inizierai a conoscere tutto sulla storia del monumento con il vantaggio di avere la guida tutta per te. Una volta dentro imparerai tutto sulle incredibili vite dei gladiatori e sulle molte diverse (e letali) armi che usavano, il tutto mentre ti immergi nell'incredibile architettura dal miglior punto di vista dell'arena. Cammineremo quindi intorno alla colossale struttura dove gli antichi romani erano soliti tifare per i loro eroi, giocare d'azzardo e ammirare gli animali esotici provenienti da tutte le parti dell'enorme impero romano.
Dopo aver camminato all'interno dell'edificio, ammirandolo dalle sue molteplici e belle angolazioni, il tour inizierà con una breve passeggiata verso il Foro Romano. Il foro era il cuore e l'anima dell'antica città con molti dei suoi templi ed edifici politici più importanti, e sebbene la maggior parte sia in rovina, è ancora uno dei parchi archeologici visivamente più impressionanti del mondo. In questa incredibile passeggiata nella storia il tour esplorerà a fondo i siti più importanti e spettacolari. Entrando vicino al Senato il gruppo prosegue oltre i tribunali, gli archi di trionfo e gli splendidi templi, incluso il famoso tempio di Giulio Cesare dove furono sepolte le sue ceneri.
Continueremo il tour salendo sui dolci pendii del Colle Palatino dove i ricchi romani vivevano nelle loro lussuose ville, serviti a mani e piedi. Sotto i pini ad ombrello, che costellano il paesaggio, esploreremo il palazzo degli imperatori, dimora delle persone più potenti del mondo antico. Our tour guide, Mitch?), had vast knowledge about the Roman history. He was working the shaded areas when he could because of the immense heat in June. He was able to answer every question in great detail! He is very good at taking photos for us.

This is the way to see the colosseum. Angela is so knowledgeable and moved at whatever pace we wanted. She got us through all the people and navigated our time so smoothly.
