Inizia al piano terra con un viaggio mozzafiato attraverso la scultura barocca. Ammira i dinamici capolavori di Bernini "Apollo e Dafne", "Davide" e "Il ratto di Proserpina", nonché l'elegante "Paolina Bonaparte" di Canova. Questa sezione dà vita al marmo con emozione, movimento e dramma mitologico.
Continua al piano superiore per esplorare la collezione di dipinti di livello mondiale della Galleria. Ammira il sorprendente realismo di Caravaggio, tra cui "Davide con la testa di Golia" e "San Girolamo". Ammira la delicata "Dama con unicorno" di Raffaello, l'enigmatico "Amore sacro e profano" di Tiziano e la sensuale "Danaë" di Correggio. Questa sezione mette in mostra il potere emotivo e la bellezza dell'arte Italiana.
Al termine del tour, goditi del tempo libero in un'esplorazione autonoma dei Giardini Borghese. Usciti dalla Galleria Borghese, passeggiate lungo Viale dei Pupazzi verso il Tempio di Esculapio, un romantico lago circondato da pini ombrelloni e statue. È possibile noleggiare una barca a remi qui per una pagaia veloce o semplicemente rilassarsi e scattare foto. Poi seguire le indicazioni per la Terrazza del Pincio, uno dei migliori punti panoramici di Roma. Da qui, godetevi ampie viste su Piazza del Popolo e sullo skyline della città, perfette per le foto o per un momento di pace.
Scendete lungo il sentiero ombreggiato verso Casina Valadier, uno storico bar caffetteria con terrazze panoramiche, ottimo per un caffè, un aperitivo o un pranzo leggero. Da qui, i visitatori possono esplorare più del parco al loro ritmo, come il Globe Theatre, il Cinema dei Piccoli o i Giardini Borghese, o lentamente dirigersi verso Piazza del Popolo per rientrare nel trambusto della città.

The Borghese Gallery is amazing on its own, it can be overwhelming because of the quantity and quality of the art collection. But what made our tour unforgettable was our amazing tour guide, Riccardo! He knew the details, the history, and the "why" behind each piece and made our experience SO much better!! We highly recommend this tour, and ask for Riccardo--he's the absolute bestest!! Entry, tickets, crowd in the gallery, and meeting up were super easy and Riccardo handled the few hiccups with professional grace and kindness. This is easily the best way to see the Borghese!!

The gallery limits to 180 tickets per hour, and you have to leave after 2 hours. Lorena was our guide and she was amazing! She made sure she saw the highlights in our limited time. She explained the Bernini sculptures so that they literally took on life. I learned so much from her and will have a much better appreciation of sculpture in the future.

Actually a beautiful exhibition, but not worth 99 euros or more per ticket. It feels terrible when the ticket can be purchased on-site at Villa Borghese for 16 euros. Yes, you wait 1 to 2 hours, so what? Unfortunately, the organizer is unwilling to end the artificially high ticketing through private intermediaries.
