My husband, friend and I visited Ronda and are extremely glad we hired a private tour guide. Alfredo was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Ronda. He made our visit to Ronda extra special. What a beautiful historical city. We plan to return and spend a few days exploring. We’ll be sure to reach out to Alfredo.
Thanks for your kind words. I was a real pleasure guiding you in my home town... you made me feel like your friend. This type of comments help me to keep doing my best every day!
Excellent guide. Knowledgeable and very kind and respectful💙 it was the perfect length! Thank you Jesus💙
Thanks for your kind words. Jesús is a wonderful guide who love his job. He was really happy with your review!
Don’t bother with this. I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review before this. We drive to Ronda waited at meet up spot for 45 min, he ignored our calls and texts. Responds only by text saying he had a scheduling issue and can’t meet us. His office is his apartment building. Waste of time and money. Didn’t try to accommodate. Never answered the phone. What a coward and horrible business. Please avoid.
We apologize for the situation. Due to a problem with our system, your reservation was not recorded. The only opportunity we had that day to do a tour with you was at 6:00 PM. I understand that hour was too late and that you were unable to take the tour. Your reservation was refunded immediately.
Very disappointed, I was told via text 50 min prior to the tour that it was canceled due to the guild going to the hospital?? We drove 2 hours to get there. Then I was called and was told that they tried to find another tour guild but couldn’t get anyone. There were so many tour groups going on throughout the city. A guild told us to visit the tourism office across the bullring and we got a tour for less than half the price. I should have read the reviews prior!
I'm so sorry we couldn't do your tour because the guide had to go to hospital. We were trying to find a guide for you but no one among our contacts was available that day. It has been the fist time we couldn't do a tour since we started. At least you could find an option and you were refound. I hope you enjoyed your tour in Ronda. Best regards
We had a wonderful day with Juan. He was a knowledgeable guide, very kind and helpful. He showed us the highlights of Ronda, so many photo opportunities and the history of the city. It was a pleasure having him as our guide.
Manuel Aviles Bravo was our guide. He has excellent knowledge of Ronda and we appreciated and enjoyed having him share the details of the history and highlights of the city. He was very personable and took our special interests into account. He also shared his personal experiences and knowledge about the processions held during Holy week, which made them even more impressive. The geological location of the city is amazing! We would highly recommend Manuel as a personal tour guide.
Ronda is stunningly beautiful. Highly recommend visiting if you are in the region. And, our guide was terrific.
Marta was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and brought us to many special locations throughout the town.
Alfredo was a fantastic guide. He is so knowledgeable with great English and a very pleasant gentleman. So much so we insisted he have lunch with us. In our travel experience we would rate him a first class guide.
Along with the stunning view, Ronda has a lot to see, including an impressive bullfighting ring, old Arab public baths, and a beautiful mountain town.
