Appassionati di viaggi e architettura, Céline e Yvan Zeyssolff hanno visitato numerose cantine di famiglia, alcune originali e altre eccezionali. Tutti questi progetti condividono un tema comune: democratizzare uno dei più bei patrimoni francesi, ovvero il vino. La tenuta non è più utilizzata esclusivamente come strumento di lavoro, ma come luogo di scambio dove il vino viene raccontato attraverso la storia della famiglia e del territorio. Céline e Yvan Zeyssolff, proprietario di una tenuta ricca di storia e tradizione, hanno deciso di creare un luogo di condivisione dove appassionati di vino e non, possano sentirsi arricchiti non solo culturalmente, ma anche emotivamente. Avrete l'opportunità di degustare diversi vini alsaziani e una torta alsaziana in un ambiente unico: un'antica cantina di famiglia risalente al 1850, dove storia e modernità si fondono armoniosamente, con tanto di presentazione di una botte proveniente dall'Esposizione Universale. Un piccolo e accogliente spazio è disponibile anche nell'antica cantina a volta della casa. I bambini sono i benvenuti e verrà loro offerto del succo d'uva.

Fantastic experience! Tastings and movie first about the winery’s operational side and how they make their wine then a beautiful show on the barrels in the cellar on the winery’s history. Unbelievable imagery and so creative!!! Delicious lunch and more wines follow.

Very nice winery and interesting excursion! The staff was very friendly! They gave us a lesson on different types of wine and what makes wine in this region unique. They also have an interesting story of their winery!

Great experience! I have been to different wine experiences in other locations and I feel like I learned more at this one than any others. Our tour guide was informative and humorous. Wines were delicious. A great day!

Informative and emotionally delightful. We learned about the wines of the region and this vineyard in particular. Our winery tour was followed by a very delicious lunch; each course was served with a wine that complimented the dish.

Absolutely wonderful tour! You could feel the family love of winemaking. They did a wonderful tour for our Gate1 group including tasting 6 wines and a great lunch. We couldn't decide which wine we like the best so we shipped 4 cases home to the US. Cheers!!!

We arrived only 15 minutes late but staff ensured that we caught up with a nice introductory video. All the wines were nice and not overpriced.

Superb experience watching a film on the history of the winery. The meal was just lovely; it ended with another film which was also quite well done. Our guide was very well informed on the Alsatian wine district, the grape varieties, the production and storage timeframes. And the wines! We noticed a picture of this winery’s label on a restaurant menu in Strasbourg.
