We had a great driver Antonio and guide Anna. A/C and cleaner driving service. Prompt arrival and personable service. We had a great day at the Pompeii ruins, the price comes with a hotel pick up and drop off and express entrance and private tour of the ruins for 1.5 hours with time to walk around on your own.

Both the driver and tour guide were exceptional, we learned as much about Italy and the surrounding area from the driver as we did about Pompei. This has not been our experience so far with our excursions, this tour was handled professionally and both driver and tour guide went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and they answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend these two individuals to anyone requesting this tour.

Was a last minute decision the day before porting in Salerno. Was extremely easy pick up right off ship. Beautiful ride to Pompeii in a luxury van. Tour was amazing. Learned a lot and had a great guide that was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. And then easy transport back to port!!

We had a fantastic tour of Pompeii! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and the insights and stories they shared really brought the ruins to life — it made the whole experience so much better. Our driver, Michele, was also wonderful — very accommodating and helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area!

Got the transportation and tour of Pompeii done, but with a few issues. Cramped bus, no preview on the drive to the site. Lower quality than tours booked through the cruise line. This was simply transportation and use of a guide employed by the Pompeii site.

I have been waiting to see the Pompeii Ruins for years. It is an amazing experience and so very interesting. We only had four people in our tour which kept it personable. That being said, I did feel rushed during the tour. There is a lot to see and most of the tours are only four hours including transportation. Was glad to have a guide though as I think it would have been very chaotic without a tour guide.

The site was incredibly interesting and the guides were very knowledgeable. The issue was the rush to get rid of us. We were on a guided tour from a cruise ship and they rushed to get us back. We were back to the ship nearly two hours early. In their mad rush, we spent less than 5 minutes in the main square. We got no opportunity to visit the multiple gift shops. The guide acted like it was a sprint for the exit. My wife and daughter were caught in the bottleneck of people and left behind. The guide was more than 200 yards and several corners ahead, out of the range of the whisper sync devices and out of the exhibits. I had a difficult time finding the guide since she was done with the tour and put down her umbrella. I only realized I missed her when I went out of range again going towards the busses. In two weeks of tours through Greece and Italy, this was the only time a guide left us and literally disappeared. The tour was supposed to be an hour longer and should have been. They didn't ruin the ruins but they made the tour a stressful run.

Do not believe Viator if it says wheelchair/all mobility accessible tour. I verified person to person I was all mobility accessible. This tour IS NOT wheelchair accessible. One must negotiate the stairs of a tour van and in Pompeii one must be able to walk and have good balance. We arrived and my mother was unable to visit after we had paid a fee.

Experience was wonderful small group of six of us. The tour guy took his time. Sebastian was great. He was very informative and really took special care of us.
