We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Mahmoud, in Amman. He was reliable, and came to pick us up right on time. He was very knowledgeable about the city and its history, and he made the trip both comfortable and interesting. Throughout the day, he was attentive and kept asking if we wanted to see anything else, which made the experience feel very personalized. We truly appreciated his professionalism and warm hospitality, and we would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Amman.

Great tour, very relaxed. My tour guide Alaa was great and went out of his way to make this a great experience for me .
I did expect a guided tour with a running commentary, but we got just a driving service. The driver had a basic English knowledge and was friendly and polite, but was not able to give us a commentary I am used to when joined tours of other cities. We were transported between sites as promised, but left at our own devices there. We did hire a guide at Citadel (30JD), but there was nothing else at other spots. One could hire a taxi between spots for less money, but this was an extra convenience with less hassle.

Mr.islam in hilton amman was very nice, he suggested us with amazing tour view in amman. The driver Mr.Amer was very friendly during the trip, he took us in a 4 hours trip around the city and showed us the places and gave us very good information about each place we went to. On the last day he dropped us in the dead sea amman and gave us a small trip around the dead sea. I suggest everyone who comes to amman to try the RETAJ group and specially the amazing driver Mr.Amer Thank you so much.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting “Joe Jordan.” He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly. We had one free day to tour Amman. We handed Joe our wish list of places to visit—and he made it happen!
Hamdi our driver was easily available on WhatsApp, communicated well and arrived smartly in a clean comfortable car. He provided us with a wifi-dongle to allow us to use while we toured the sites on our own. He was a very safe driver and brought us to the sites noted. He provided some insights along the way and also brought us to the Royal Automobile Museum. He would drop us off at the sites, allow you to wander around at your own leisure and then come back to pick you up when you are done. A good way for us to get around Amman with a driver/car. Amman is beautiful and you will need a driver/car to get around.
