All around. I had a great time. The guide was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I learned a lot. Thank you Old Do.inikm
Stefan did a great job. He only had my husband and myself but he stayed on track with the tour.
Lots of walking. It's interesting but a little dull since the guide is just reading off of a phone. A self guided tour would be the same, maybe even better.
Unable to make it due to being stuck in traffic and not down there in time. Tried contacting the owner multiple times today did not get a call back till after our scheduled time and is refusing to refund us the money even though his employee states that we can be refunded. And I'm sorry being a business major and a business owner myself I know that he's full of s*** and I don't want to see the next person get dripped out of their money!!! Pictures below to show proof of text message number and people's identity has been scratched out for personal reasonings for them. But highly do not recommend booking with his tour guide due to lack of communication of answering their phone prior to it and sitting there and just wanting money in their pocket not actually truly caring about their customers experience because we were going to book again for tomorrow but because of it why should we waste our money with somebody who doesn't give a flying f***!
It was an interesting tour and was pretty much what I was expecting. The only complaint I have was it was scheduled during a parade and I ended up getting stuck at the ocean front much longer than I had planned to be. The company shouldn't schedule walking tours in the middle of a parade causing the tour group to have to dodge parade attendees.
Great experience. I remembered hearing about a couple of these cases when they happened. Andrew was a great guide for taking us around the city and was very sensitive and knowledgeable about the crimes. I especially liked the images that he kept around to show us. It was a pretty long walk, but worth it.
