Vieni a vivere i sapori, i colori e i sapori delle Isole Canarie nel cuore del vulcano! Vi aspettiamo in una favolosa cantina situata sopra l'Oceano Atlantico. In circa 2 ore della nostra esperienza avrete la possibilità di degustare vini locali e deliziose tapas canarie. Cammineremo attraverso il vigneto respirando l’aria pura delle montagne, ammirando la vista spettacolare sull’oceano. Riceverai informazioni interessanti sullo sfruttamento del vigneto, le leggende locali e la storia. Il tutto in un'atmosfera molto rilassata mantenuta da persone amichevoli, gustose tapas locali e ottimi vini delle Canarie.
Il Pino Gordo (tradotto come "Pino Grasso") è uno dei monumenti naturali più iconici di Tenerife, situato nell'affascinante villaggio di montagna di Vilaflor, il villaggio più alto delle Isole Canarie. Questo maestoso pino delle Canarie (Pinus canariensis) si distingue per le sue dimensioni e l'età impressionanti. Con una circonferenza del tronco di oltre 9 metri e un'altezza di circa 45 metri, il Pino Gordo è il pino più grande e più antico delle Isole Canarie, stimato a più di 800 anni. Circondato da pinete, l'albero è facilmente raggiungibile tramite un breve sentiero ed è ben segnalato. L'area circostante è tranquilla e offre un luogo perfetto per foto, passeggiate nella natura e un apprezzamento più profondo della flora unica dell'isola. La sua resilienza e longevità sono anche simboli del patrimonio vulcanico e naturale dell'isola.
Vilaflor è un bellissimo villaggio storico nel cuore di Tenerife con un'altitudine di 1.400 metri sul livello del mare ed è la città più alta delle Isole Canarie . Si trova a sud del Parco Nazionale del Teide e presenta paesaggi unici e pinete. La vecchia chiesa coloniale e le antiche case delle Canarie sono una delizia per gli appassionati di storia.
Los Roques è un gioiello nascosto che offre una fuga tranquilla dalle zone turistiche più affollate dell'isola. Questo pittoresco villaggio è rinomato per le sue caratteristiche case cavernose, strutture ingegnosamente costruite nelle formazioni rocciose, che riflettono le pratiche architettoniche tradizionali adattate al paesaggio vulcanico. Our driver, Teo, was professional and very knowledgeable about the island and its most beautiful vistas. He shared historical facts and local legends. At our request, Teo also took excellent photos and sent them to us later. We highly recommend this tour!

Our guide / photographer really made this trip exceptional! This was more than a wine tour although the wine and tapas were amazing. Theo pointed out so many things we wouldn’t have known about and stopped and some really unique places. One of the best days we had in Tenerife! He was meticulous about the pictures he took along the way!

Theo was an outstanding guide. This is a private tour with a stop at a winery with a tour by the owner. Wine was wonderful! We toured vila de flor and cathedral and Candalaria and the Cathedral. Theo told engaging stories and we learned much about the history of the Island. We signed up for a second tour with him to the North side of the island. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful day with Theo. We drove up to the LaLaguna area. On the way, Theo gave us a lot of information about the history of the island and the indigenous people. We stopped at an aloe farm and had a wonderful tour with Satu. From there we went to a winery and learned about how they farm and harvest the grapes along with the tastings and some tapas pairings. We also went to a local Canarian restaurant and had some wonderful paella. We ended the day touring the Candelaria area. We saw the Basilica of Our Lady of Candelaria, had some gelato, and walked around town. The whole day, Theo was able to educate us about the places we visited. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Tenerife and learn about the island and experience some of its food, wine, and culture.

Great tour! Theo is a great host. The winery was amazing with many great wine and tapas. Lunch at the restaurant is a must. Nice walk through the gorge. Would wish for more than one winery visit and less time with other activities, but thats just my opinion :).

Theo was an excellent host. The communication before the trip was perfect with an itinerary outlined and the pickup time and location clear. He arrived as scheduled and, as we drove, further explained what the day would entail stressing that it was our day and we could take longer or shorter times as we wished. The aloe vera farm we visited was very interesting with the host there extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about the aloe vera plant properties. It had a very peaceful and beautiful garden. We then visited a vineyard where, again, the host was very welcoming and accommodating. Theo took the role of translator for us as our Spanish was very limited. We sampled an array of wines and left feeling very mellow indeed! Theo arranged for us to have lunch at an out of the way and truly authentic Spanish restaurant. He liaised with the waiter and ordered us a mixture of dishes which were by far the best food we had on our holiday. All in all the day was the highlight of our holiday in Tenerife. We would definitely recommend Theo and his private tours.
