Sebbene tradizionalmente associati agli alcolici a base di riso come il soju e il makgeolli, la complessità dei piatti coreani può essere abbinata a vari stili di vino. I bianchi di corpo leggero come il Riesling o il Pinot Grigio si abbinano bene a piatti speziati e piccanti come il kimchi o il barbecue coreano, mentre i rossi di medio corpo come il Pinot Nero o il Gamay possono completare piatti più sostanziosi come il bulgogi o il galbi. Absolutely a delight!!!! The host was very knowledgeable and the wine pairing was spot on!!! I ended up being the only guest but instead of it being awkward he made sure the conversation flowed. Host definitely made me feel like a friend and the food was absolutely delicious!!! I recommend to anyone solo or group travel 🙂🙂🙂

From the time you meet Taewoo Kim straight thru to the end He delivers a personal and friendly experience that can only leave the person with a sense of comfort. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who enjoys the personal touch . He was very informative with the wine pairing and Korean BBQ that he chose for us.
