It is a wonderful experience to feel the great outdoors in one day. I went on a solo trip and this tour was the only one of Taman Negara that I saw (March 2025). It took about 4 hours to get to Taman Negara one way and the driver picked us up at 6:00 in the morning on time at our hotel. (I was staying at a hotel in KL Central.) The driver was a nice, gentle guy who cared about what to bring and wash the toilet. They bought us water and food along the way. When you arrive in Taman Negara, you will first need to fill out a photo permission form. Therefore, passport is mandatory. In the jungle, I was able to encounter wildlife. There are many ups and downs and it is humid and hot, so it is good to have a towel to wipe away sweat. I was dressed in long-sleeved long pants to protect against mosquitoes and leeches, but other sightseeing people and guides were dressed lightly in short-sleeved short pants. I didn't encounter any sweaty mosquitoes or leeches in March, so I think short-sleeved trousers are a good idea. The scenery in the jungle was very beautiful and the river cruising was cool and fun. I took a change of clothes with me, but it didn't get wet. The experience in the village of Orang Asli after crossing the river was also very enjoyable and we could buy the sundry goods they made. Both the driver and the guide, I only speak a little English, but they are polite. It was a wonderful experience that I will never forget in my life, where people are kind and nature is beautiful. This is a tour I can recommend with confidence.

Really one of the best experiences, the tour guide Mr Win is a great person,so kind and helpful!the tour was amazing and see a lot of things!!!!I recommend it for sure!!!for me 10 stars!!!!
We took a day trip from Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara and Batu Caves and I can only recommend it! Our driver and organiser Gladwin picked us up at our hotel punctual at 6:00am as agreed. Along the way to Taman Negara he provided us interesting information about the tour itself, but also about many cultural aspects in Malaysia. Thanks to the indications he gave us before the tour, we got with us everything we needed, e.g. long clothing, comfy shoes, protection against rain. We also very much enjoyed the jungle tour with our guide Deen - very knowledgeable and available to answer all our questions. Overall, what we like the most was Gladwin‘s kindness and the fact that we really felt taken care of :)
Dear Ms Ludovica, What a wonderful; review. Thank you for the niceties and it will most definitely be a booster for my business. I am so happy that I could give you money value and be safe and take care, Gladwin - 060324 - 8.36 pm
The setup of the tour was very enjoyable and thorough. I feel like I got to cover a lot of things that I probably would not have been able to do by myself. The driver, Raj, was on time and very kind. The tour guide Dean was incredibly knowledgeable, was open to questions and was was , as a young, sole female traveller I felt very safe throughout. The only things I may hope to improve on is maybe a more detailed description (like a timeline) of the day, because we knew what activities we were doing but didn’t really know when or for how long things would go. Otherwise it was a great trip and I really felt like I got to really experience what I hoped for.
We had a great experience with Win and Deen. Our driver Win, called us the day before with the request to start earlier then the planned time; this was a wise advice, because we saved lot’s of time at the end (avoided the traffic). Also, he adviced us about the needs during the day (rain coat, snacks etc.). So, we were fully prepared before our trip. He picked us exactly on time at our hotel lobby. During the drive to Kuala Tahan, he told us about the forrest, indigenous people of the forrest and about Malaysia in general. He informed us about every step we take during the trip. In Kuala Tahan, we met our guide Deen. Deen is a local and knows much about the forrest. We did the Cannapy walk together. The way he guided us, was very fun. He told us about the trees, plants and aborginals. Showed us how the use plants for different goals. Also he took care of the tickets, registrations, boat trips etc. We just enjoyed the day. We visited an aboriginal village and learned about their dialy way of life. Back in Kuala Tahan, Win was waiting for us. He drove us to the Batu Caves and showed us how to reach the cave. We’ve got enough space to explore the caves and the temple. After the caves, he dropped us at a spot we chosen. At all time Win shared his thougts and let us decide what to do..We’ve felt very comfortable during the trip, with Win and also with his car. We are thankfull for this nice experience!
Dear sir Huseyin, Thank you greatly for a wonderful review of our services. Your great review is a booster to our business and we will always strive for greater heights. Thank you again sir, take care and be safe always. Gladwin - 060324
From start to finish the tour was well organized and executed. Gladwin picked us up at our hotel and the 3.5 drive there was pleasant. He gave us good information about the country, the people, and the what to expect on the tour. Dean, our guide in the rainforest was quiet at first but became very talkative and warm when he saw how excited and fun we were. The rainforest, canopy walk and river shooting was amazing. We learned how to blow dart at targets in the aboriginal village. We did really well but failed at fire making! Lol. The Batu Caves were ok. A bit overrated but great to experience if you’re in Malaysia. We were soaked from the River shooting and rain but we had so much fun that we didn’t mind at all. If you don’t to get wet, just tell the guide not to rock the boat too much as we saw many “tame” rides around us. We loved the River, it was better than any Disney rides! Overall, this was the best tour and we had so much fun. Highly Recommend. Gladwin and Dean were awesome guides.
Dear Cecilia, What an awesome review ! Thank you for all the niceties bestowed on us . Not forgetting the great 'gift' . Thank you and thank you. Gladwin - 031123 - 9.52 am
Our driver Win made this an unforgettable experience. He was very knowledgeable and happy to share this knowledge with us. The trip in the park was great - wonderful nature experience! Highly recommend
Thank you Sebastian for a wonderful review of our services. Much appreciated and be safe.
Gladwin was a fabulous tour guide. He was prompt, friendly and full of interesting facts about the area and country. I would highly recommend this tour - it’s a bit of a drive but there was lots to see. The rainforest trek was good exercise - lots of stairs. I was with my older parents and we were not rushed by the guide.
What else can I say but a big thank you for your review of our services. Know something, I also enjoyed your great company as you were most accomodating and fun people. Thank you and thank you. Gladwin - 031123 9.56 am
We did a day tour to Taman Negara and to Batu Caves on the way back home. Everything was just perfect. The contact, the organization, just everything. Richard, our driver, was more than in time. He explained us AL lot of things. Din, our guide, in the Taman Negara was also great!!! Thank you all for the great tour and sorry for the delayed review. Best regards, Nina and David
Thank you for the review sir. Please come again for other tours and we will take care of you.
