Durante le attività, proverai 6 diverse bevande al caffè (dal puro caffè nero a quelli più iconici con ingredienti) e le storie/origini dietro di esse. Ci sono sempre ragioni, situazioni di fondo legate a ciascuna bevanda. Capirai di più sulla storia del Vietnam attraverso la degustazione del caffè, così come le caratteristiche delle persone provenienti da diverse parti del paese che si riflettono sulle bevande. Il caffè non è solo una bevanda, ma per noi è molto più importante. Preparazione pratica del caffè da solo. Imparerai come utilizzare "Phin" (tradizionale gocciolatore per caffè vietnamita), insieme ai metodi per preparare le iconiche bevande al caffè del Vietnam meridionale e settentrionale (il "Ca phe sua" - caffè al latte condensato e "Ca phe trung" " - caffè all'uovo). Sarai pronto a prepararli facilmente a casa con le mie gustose ricette/consigli e un esperto QC/barista coach. Insomma, un quadro completo di tutto quello che c'è da sapere sul caffè vietnamita.

During the class , I tried 6 different coffee drinks (from pure black coffee to the most iconic ones with ingredients) and the stories / origins behind them. There’re always reasons, background situations connected to each of the drink. I was made to understand more about Vietnam history through the coffee tasting, as well as the people characteristics from different parts of the country reflexes on the drinks. Coffee is not just a drink here in Vietnam. I got to know How to use “Phin” (traditional Vietnamese coffee dripper), together with the methods to make the iconic coffee drinks from different parts of Vietnam. Our host was gracious, brimming with knowledge and made me appreciate the Vietnamese coffee culture so much more.
If you want to have an amazing experience knowing the coffee journey you HAVE to do it with Quynh. My friends and I had the best moment of our trip here. He explains everything with so much pasion and details. His workshop is sooooo cool and we prepared and tried the best coffees! Couldn't be happier with this experiencia. Highly recommend it!!!

Quynh is a wealth of knowledge and he's coffee experience is a must do if you enjoy Vietnamese coffee and can even teach you how to create coffee from your own home
Quynh was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all things coffee. He explained the history, production, and the future of coffee globally as well as from a Vietnamese perspective. The coffees we made were delicious and I can't wait to impress my friends with what I learned.
