I have used Viator for many years, I can honestly say this was the worst tour I have EVER taken. The guide, Fabio knew so very little about Vienna. The description says, a 'friend' will show you the city and give tips, etc. This 'friend' was all over the place, no knowlege of the city. I feel like this person, was pulled in at the last minute. Shame on Viator for allowing this. Many tours are a very low cost, this one was too expensive to have a person who knew nothing. If you take this tour, make sure you do NOT get Fabio. You will be sorry! Fabio is a nice person, but I want to have a good experience and information about the city, not a 'friend'.
We were expecting all local that could give us interesting ilocal insights. Guide had lived there for only 4 years and was knowledgeable about main buildings
We really loved this! Ernst was so knowledgeable and kept it interesting. Great way to see the city at a good pace.
We had a wonderful time with Anna. She was very fun and very informative. She really knew her history and a lot about the city. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice walk in the city and good information..

We were looking for a tour that would give us a deeper understanding of Vienna’s history. Instead, the guide only showed us a few landmarks with very limited historical context. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, as we were hoping for a much more informative guide.
The tour was booked last minute and we were lucky to get Caleb. Before we even met, he asked us what we were interested in, what we’d already seen, and where we wanted to end up when it was finished. This helped a lot to get us thinking about what we wanted. He was a great guide and we learned a lot of history regarding not just Vienna but specific buildings and neighborhoods as well. Definitely worth the time, I just wish we added another 90 minutes or so to our 2 hours.
Anna did a wonderful job showing us Vienna. She personalized the tour by contacting us before the tour to gather information on our trip and what we wanted to get out of the tour. It was very clear that she applied this information into the tour. We would highly recommend Anna for a private Vienna tour
Our guide Anna was wonderful! So knowledgeable and fun to spend an half day with. We went all through the center of Vienna and learned about the history and significance of the architecture and many government buildings and sites. She also gave recommendations for restaurants and other things to do with our remaining time. We had such a great tour!
In the middle of a heatwave, we were lucky enough to take a 2-hour tour in French with Clement. The tour was well-balanced in history, architecture, and local recommendations.
