Questa sezione tranquilla del fiume Colorado si snoda attraverso una grande e bellissima valle fiancheggiata da monumenti, prima di tagliare un imponente canyon di roccia rossa che serpeggia verso Moab. Lungo il percorso ci sono alcune delle caratteristiche geologiche più impressionanti dello Utah come Fisher Towers, Castleton Tower, Priest and Nuns e così via. Per quanto riguarda le acque qui lungo il fiume Colorado, rimangono piuttosto calde dalla tarda primavera all'inizio dell'autunno. Trascorrerai la maggior parte del tuo tempo fluttuando, con alcune rapide di Classe II per rinfrescarti lungo il percorso. Incontraci al nostro ufficio di Moab e preparati per il fiume! Dopo aver effettuato il check-in e aver indossato il giubbotto di salvataggio, partirai in navetta per Castle Valley con le tue guide. Questo viaggio incredibilmente panoramico impiega circa 45 minuti per raggiungere i paesaggi più spettacolari, quindi siediti e divertiti! Al varo della barca avrai un rapido orientamento sulla sicurezza prima di partire per il fiume Colorado per la giornata. Tra una rapida e l'altra di Classe II, avrai tutto il tempo per ammirare le attrazioni di Fisher Towers e altri monumenti di questa spettacolare zona. Corey was a fantastic tour guide for our family full day water rafting adventure. She took my husband and I and four kids age 7-12 through fishers towers and castle island. The winds were high and to get down stream took some serious work. The kids loved the challenge. We got twisted on a rock and she got us all off safely! Lastly- rent the water blaster - water battles kept the kids entertained. For kids younger than 8- half day is probably sufficient

Corey was an absolute rock star tour guide. She did an all day adventure with my husband and I and four kids age 7-12. She was patient, kept her cool and got us off the rocks whe. We were twisted up and gave us the best stories of the area. We also did our tour during crazy high winds which met we had to paddle down stream. Overall one of the kids favorite days- a new core memory and unforgettable for mom and dad. Despite low water levels our day was anything but mild!!

We had an amazing trip with Seth. He was very knowledgeable on all things local. He kept us safe and entertained. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone wanting a day in the water. I couldn’t speak more highly of our experience with Mild to Wild. The four guides we had were 10+++. They were truly next level. We had an absolutely incredible experience with Mild to Wild River Rafting in Moab! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Our guide, Gavin, truly made the trip unforgettable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the river and the surrounding area, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he does. Not only was Gavin informative, but he also kept us laughing the entire time. His sense of humor made the whole adventure even more fun and relaxed.
