Excellent service and the communication via phone/email was great. Drivers were nice and we loved the beer/water in the car. Also the car seat was ready during pickup

Good price, reliable, flexible and friendly drivers. I have had bad experiences with some other shuttles in Cabo but these guys are fantastic. We had to drop passengers at two different location and they were happy to do that. I will definitely use them again

Second time using Cabo airport shuttle service and it was exceptional service. The vans are clean and comfortable. The welcome Modela:s were cold and needed after a long flight. The wait time at the airport was minimal and the pick up at the hotel was right on time. Will definitely use them again on our next trip.

Driver was on time, felt safe, very informative, and was able to take us to Walmart for groceries on our way to hotel which was very convient for us as we were traveling with kids.

I used Cabo Airport Shuttle three times during my 9 day vacation. From the airport, between hotels and back to the airport. Drivers were there promptly on time for each pickup, they were kind and appreciative of us giving them business. Due to scheduling changes, I emailed frequently with Vanessa and Maria and both responded back with lightning speed! I like to have private transfers and CAS makes that possible with reasonable rates. I also like using a credit card prior to pay, to avoid carrying so much cash. Some transports only wanted cash as payment. SUV's are in great shape and my husband and I felt safe at all times. I'll be setting up again with them for my next trip in Oct '25!
