Our arrival was delayed, but the young lady wearing the Cabo shirt (cannot remember her name) was great. She was polite when greeting us, and made sure we were connected with our driver in a timely manner. Our wait time was very short. The vehicle that arrived was updated/modern, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The driver, Roman, was professional, informative and engaging. He offered cold beverages, which was a plus, given that it was extremely hot when we arrived. This welcome was a wonderful start to our vacation.
This was one of the most easy professional pick ups, drop offs, and return trips that we’ve ever had.

We have used Cabo Airport shuttle 4 times and they have been great. Nice vehicles and great drivers. They give you refreshments also.

I would highly recommend using this transportation service to go from the airport to your resort and back. The drivers were nice and prompt and drove nice clean SUVs. This is worth paying extra for and I will definitely be using their service again.
The entire experience was wonderful. Even when I failed to give some important information about my destination, they accommodated us and worked it out. I would absolutely say it’s so worth it. Each driver was kind and knowledgeable and the car’s spectacular.

The check out lines at Costco were long so we went over our allotted 30 min timeframe and tipped our driver extra. The vehicles in both directions were immaculate with great air conditioning!

This was so much better than being crammed on a bus or in a van with a bunch of other people. We felt safe and snug in our SUV that took us straight to the hotel. Highly recommend!
