Booking through trip advisor basically created a lot of chaos. No meet up point, names associated with the service on trip advisor didn't match the company name at the site. We finally got it sorted out, but I wouldn't book via trip advisor again for this location - go directly to the transportation service.
Cabo Airport Shuttle does an awesome job. We use them every year when we fly into Cabo for transportation from Airport to our hotel and the return trip home. They are quick to respond and the service is on time
We have used Cabo Airport Shuttle for our past 4 trips, and I couldn’t imagine booking with anyone else. Prices are competitive. Booking is EASY, all done online. You receive an email confirmation with all details. I have had questions in the past about changing reservations or adding a stop, and the communication via email is always fast. We never wait longer than 10 minutes at the airport for our private bus. We pay the extra fee for a stop at Walmart, and it’s worth it. They are always polite, informative, and good drivers. Matter of fact, we had a brand new van this June. I have recommended CAS to all my friends. We don’t plan on using any other service for our Cabo vacations. Good luck and hope you have a great trip!

We visiting Cabo to celebrate a few family milestones for 5 days - after research opted to book the round trip airport shuttle with Cabo Airport Shuttle in advance. While a bit more pricier than an Uber, the safety and convenience of using Cabo Airport Shuttle was worth it. Met the rep directly outside the airport as instructed, waited only a short while for our driver. As a plus the driver upon arrival, had water sodas and beer beverages for the ride to our place of stay in San Jose. We stayed in a condo unit, and they dropped us off and picked us up providing literally door to door service to and from the airport. The team provided me with step by step instructions from start to finish which was extremely helpful, and most importantly they were on time with pick up for the last day of our trip, and communication was seemless. The vehicles provided were spacious for our family of 4, and clean. Highly recommend using for your airport transportation if you opt not to rent a car.

Cabo Airport Shuttle was great! They met us at the airport, our driver was friendly and had answers for our questions and recommendations for nearby restaurants etc. Our return date changed and they were super accommodating and helpful. Changed the date and time of pick up right through email, with super fast responses! We’ll be using them on future trips!
