We had a once-in-a-lifetime journey across the Yucatan peninsula. I came prepared after having read much about the Maya. Our tour guide Manuel Cortes Pech was extremely knowledgeable, eloquent, and thoughtful. We could not have hoped for better. The four days we spent with Manuel Cortes was truly unforgettable and romantic. I highly recommend him if you want an immersive experience. Manuel has in him the good will of the maya and Mexican peoples. At the end, we wished we could stay in Mexico longer and hear his great stories and amazing food recommendations. Pepe, the company head, was gracious to work with. Everything was seamless. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had. And I would go with this company again, in a heart beat!
