Ride into Krabi was fast and efficient. The staff was courteous and friendly. Boat left on time and was clean.

Beautiful ride. Definitely worth paying extra for premium class to lounge comfortably and nap. There’s charging ports too.

Check in was a bit confusing but once that was figured out everything went smoothly😀. Ferry was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

The staff take care of heavy luggage for you - stored inside for your journey and then unloaded onto the dock after for pick up.

The whole trip was a nightmare. The check in at Phi Phi was chaotic and staff were disorganised and extremely rude. The ferry we were travelling on was not in my opinion seaworthy with signs of rust and decay throughout. The seating was dirty, very tired, uncomfortable and the whole experience spoilt what was a brilliant stay on a paradise island.

I travelled to Phi phi island by ferry. It took around 90 minutes to reach from Krabi and I got lots of snacks and drinks while travelling. Anyone must enjoyed a lot that I can't frame in words how beautifuls this island is. This is the best experience for me ever.
Difficult to locate the Krabi ferry at first. No definitive signs pointing to the end of a different dock than arrival from Phuket! The ferry was crowded and the upstairs cabin area was hot, discovered later the lower cabin air condition worked much better but it was full! Baggage collected and stowed on aft deck, so if you weren’t sure where they stowed your luggage it was a delay in finding it to disembark. Otherwise a comfortable ride, and no problems.
