I am really impressed by Rinjani Hero’s service. Food was amazing, guides were so friendly and good in English and the porters were so strong! They made the entire experience so seamless and enjoyable! The guides were so encouraging and humorous. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to book an operator to climb Mt. Rinjani.

Very well planned itinerary for the 3 days 2 nights hiking from Sembalun to Summit to Torean. Accompanied with very experienced guides and porters. Food prepared was amazingly good with fruits, main dish and hot drinks. Very scenic view at the base camp, summit and guide brought us to experience hot spring, lake and streams near the waterfall. Price is reasonable. Will highly recommend to engage Rinjani Hero .

The entire experience was amazing; the guides and porters were extremely helpful. They took care of us, ensured our safety throughout the entire journey and were even quick when it came to treating wounds like cuts. The food was delicious, and the tent was cosy as well. Special shoutout to Naz, Jordi, and the rest of the team; they did a wonderful job to make this experience a memorable one.

Joined Rinjani Hero’s 4D3N hike from 28 May to 1 June. It really gave me an amazing experience throughout the whole hike. Thanks to all the porters who carried our gear to every campsite so we could rest well after each day. They also prepared very nice meals for us, and I enjoyed every meal during the trip. I would especially like to thank my guide, Joe. He is a kind and friendly person who helped me a lot when my legs were struggling after coming down from the summit. He never left me alone and was always by my side to make sure I was safe. Thank you, Joe, and the entire Rinjani Hero team, for making this trip such a memorable experience..

Definitely worth it and highly recommended. Blessed with great weather throughout the entire 4D3N and the team were really helpful and friendly throughout the entire hiking trip, especially the guide Rizal who had been really supportive in offering assistances throughout the journey. We were even served with warm delicious meals to enjoy in between hikes!

Just completed a private 3D2N Rinjani trek with Rinjani Hero. The service was good and I am grateful to my guide Nas for patiently helping me to the summit and safely down to trailhead. The porters were great and often greet me with a smile, food was plentiful and tasty, I would recommend Rinjani Hero for anyone who wish to trek Rinjani.
