We recently took a Tiramisu and pasta-making class, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The course itself exceeded our expectations, but what truly made it an unforgettable event was our guide, Benedita. Benedita is a true professional and puts her heart into everything she does. She managed to create such a lovely, relaxed, and comfortable atmosphere that everyone felt right at home. Her approach is incredibly human—not for a second did we feel any pressure. Even when we were running a bit behind or struggling with a step, Benedita was always perfectly calm, patiently waiting for us and explaining everything again with a smile. We never felt inadequate or clumsy; on the contrary, she gave us the confidence that anyone can do it. Thanks to her, we enjoyed the class at 110%. It is clear that she loves her work and truly cares about ensuring that people leave not only with great food but, more importantly, with a wonderful memory. If you are looking for someone who does their job with immense enthusiasm and empathy, Benedita is exactly that person. She is a huge asset to your team and deserves not only high praise for her approach but definitely a reward as well! We would like to thank her once again.
Benedetta was an amazing hostess and took us through a cozy cooking experience with plenty of explanations and guiding, and we did not leave the place missing food or anything else Would highly recommend to anyone in the area
