Our guide Jack asked us about our preferences before our guide, during the guide Jack told every possible piece of information about the Venice, answered our questions, and finally provided us with all the places we asked about in a message. I found Jack to be extremely knowledgeable, very involved and very open to every your question. I would recommend Jack as a guide for Venice and places nearby.
We had the pleasure of having Zahra as our guide in Venice, and she truly made our experience special. With a degree in Literature and Art and a wealth of knowledge about Venice, she brought the city to life as we walked. Our three-hour walking tour took us through hidden gems and lesser-known corners of Venice. Zahra shared stories and insights along the way, and we learned so much while exploring the city. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Zahra was also incredibly kind and thoughtful, even taking some lovely photos of us along the way. She was knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate about Venice. We would highly recommend Zahra to anyone looking for a memorable and enriching experience in Venice!
Guide Nicoletta was very good and knowledgeable, but the price is very high considering that it does not include entrance fees, just a walk.
Absolutely outstanding! Venice is not the biggest city but it's rich and complex with details, it's easy to get lost and a bit intimidating to explore at first. But our tour guide, Maria, was fantastic! We got this tour to make sure we saw the big things and to get us get oriented to the city. And let me tell you, Maria wen't above and beyond for us. She tailored the tour to our interests and engaged fully with any and all questions. Her tour blended perfectly the the very popular places we wanted to see and beautiful corners only a local guide would know. She managed to weive in a stop at a beautiful pop-up art exhibition by walking us through a shortcut in the public library! She also got us discounts at a traveling musical history museum letting us stop in there just because we mentioned off-hand that it looked cool! Marie took beautiful professional photos of us, recommended places to eat, answered questions about our travel, and made us feel welcome. We never felt rushed, we saw everything we hoped to and were left feeling completely comfortable with exploring the rest of the city on our own. It was truly exceptional, my wife and I really felt like were visiting an old friend in their hometown!
The tour did not hit all the contemplated itinerary, but the tour guide took me to less known and tourity sites with great historical facts about the history of Venice
Best guide (Sneh) who showed us the parts of Venice that most tourist may not see. Along with a wonderful history of Venice and how it became. Then he gave us a great list of recommendations for eating and best gelato which we tried three of his recommendations since the tour and can rate them highly.
Majid has been a great host for us. We took the tour as a family of four and there were only 2 other ladies in our tour. Being a small group really made the conversations much more tailored and we were able to ask lots of questions. Majid knows a lot about the history of the city, the architecture, the culture and ‘why’s of the city. Why are there many arcs between the buildings? Why are there small bowl-like structures by the wells? Why we don’t see many detached buildings? etc.. We learned so much not only about the attractions of Venice, but also the life in Venice. The icing on the cake was a visit to the chocolate and lemoncello-tastings in the dedicated shops!! I strongly suggest this tour and Majid as a guide. Make sure you pin each location visited as it is difficult to find later on as you’ll want to visit again!!
We learned a lot about Venice, some history, and some little things we did not notice. We had questions that were all answered as well. We were also very happy to learn about the architecture of venice. It was great to experience some of the best shops for things like Chocolate.
Our guide Michael was GREAT! Best guide we’ve ever had anywhere. Tour was a blast and very informative!
Totally recommended . Was great to be taken around back streets as well so not just the main attractions . Good value and the tour guide was great
