My husband and I enjoyed this class so much! We had a friendly, interactive, patient instructor named Sara. We were in a small group and really learned a lot about making pasta. Tiramisu and bruschetta. Highly recommend you sign up!

We booked this experience last minute, and could not have been happier. Tulia was our chef of the day, we immediately connected and felt like family! We learned, and laughed! Absolutely the best, best time, and our food was delicious! I highly recommend.

Experience was great and a lot of fun. My guide was very helpful and informative. A good experience relative to the price. The three or so hours went by way too quickly.

This was as wonderful as we’d hoped for. Our chef was a 18 year old who had a long history of pasta making in her family and was great and we enjoyed the meal.

The instructors were great and the food delicious. However the meeting point didn’t exist so we almost missed the entire event

It was an excellent experience! Gaia made this cooking 3 meal experience easy and fun. Highly recommend this class. It worth it! You will definitely remember this experience as a fun part of tour trip.

They were super nice but not well prepared for us. The address they gave us as a meeting place didn’t exist, so people had a hard time finding the restaurant where we met, which had us starting late. The room wasn’t prepped and it felt disorganized. The prosecco was brought in one bottle at a time (for 12 people) and we had to keep asking for more, so it certainly didn’t feel “unlimited” like the title suggests. The tiramisu was portioned individually so we could eat what we personally prepared, but the pasta was not, so we ate what others touched, which is not how we’ve experienced these types of classes before. The space is nice and air conditioned, and there was room for our group of 12 to fit comfortably, although only one sink available in a restroom to use for washing hands that didn’t feel like it had been cleaned recently. In the end we did make pasta, tiramisu, and scooped tomatoes onto a piece of toast to “make” bruschetta, and the food was good. Not our favorite cooking class but it was an experience, nonetheless. If you’re inexperienced in cooking classes with nothing else to compare it to, you’d likely have a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class and learnt how to make our own pasta and Tiramasu. We then enjoyed it as a meal afterwards.
