My experience with the tour was very good. The staff were super understanding and helpful and the audio guide is very informative. I did not have to wait in line for a second and was able to skip long lines. The tour is highly recommended.

The vouchers provided. In the app have to be exchanged at a physical office for entry tickets that could easily be emailed to the customer. Instead, we had to walk in virtual circles for 45 minutes in 95 degree temps to find the office and then walk about a quarter of a mile back to the entrance of the basilica to stand in line for half an hour. The ordeal was frustrating, exhausting, and unnecessary.
Dear Client, We would like to clarify that the meeting point, along with all the necessary instructions, is clearly indicated on your voucher. Please note that the meeting point is where you will collect your entrance tickets. As stated in the voucher, you are required to arrive there 15 minutes before your scheduled visit time to collect your tickets. From the meeting point, it is approximately a 5-minute walk to the entrance. Thank you for your understanding. We hope you enjoyed your visit and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
A very limited service for the price. There was no guidance; they just sent me the tickets via WhatsApp and that was it. It is better to buy the tickets on the website in advance.
Very nice servis and the guide was friendly
The QR code didn’t work for the audio guide and we tried on different phones so we couldn’t listen to any guide. The queue was actually longer for the skip the queues than the actual free queue. It ended up feeling like a scam. The security guard even agreed.

Unfortunately, it appeared that there was an issue with your mobile network connection at the time. To assist, we tested the audio guide on your friend's phone, where it was functioning correctly. Regarding the queue at the church, while there was a waiting line on that particular day, it was significantly shorter than the standard public queue, which can often exceed two hours during peak periods. St. Peter’s with audio tour was fantastic! Audio tour covers all major areas and relics. Would have been a 5 star rating but what is sent to you is a voucher, not an entry ticket. Finding the ticket office meeting point was added stress to a busy morning. Once we figured out we only had voucher but needed QR code tickets and found the meeting point /ticket office, the workers at the office could not have been more helpful. Compliant is to stress the need for a QR coded ticket and where/ how to get it.
