Itinerario
In un moderno veicolo con aria condizionata, accompagnato da una guida locale bilingue e da un autista professionista, il tuo tour inizia alle 8:00. (l'orario di ritiro sarà comunicato il giorno prima del servizio, entro le ore 21:00). Una volta che tutti i partecipanti si saranno riuniti, andremo a Valparaíso e Viña del Mar lungo la Route 69 per circa 1 ora e 30 minuti.
Ti fermerai davanti al Museo Fonk, nel cuore della città di Viña del Mar, insieme alla guida, per osservare da vicino uno dei pochi Moai rimasti fuori dall'Isola di Pasqua. E' già stato confermato che questo solitario Moai tornerà presto sull'isola di Rapa Nui... non potete perderlo.
Potrai fotografarti nel famoso Orologio floreale di Viña del Mar. Si tratta di un orologio da giardino, simbolo della città, che si trova ai piedi della collina del Castillo, di fronte alle terme di Caleta Abarca.
Ti fermerai per un momento su questo bellissimo viale che costeggia il lungomare di Viña del Mar, dove potrai apprezzare l'Oceano Pacifico in tutto il suo splendore, così come gli edifici che circondano il lungomare, come il Palazzo Estivo Presidenziale e il castello Wulff.
Caleta Portales è un luogo tipico di Valparaiso. Insieme alla guida, visiterai questo terminal di pesca e potrai osservare in situ la vivace attività dei pescatori artigiani e le bancarelle che vendono pesce e crostacei. Potrai anche vedere e fotografare uccelli come pellicani e gabbiani e incontrare i leoni marini che abbondano in questo luogo.

Situato nel cuore del Cerro Alegre, il Pasaje Bavestrello è uno degli edifici più interessanti del porto di Valparaíso. Questa è una piccola parte che passa attraverso una costruzione singolare. Fu costruito nel 1926 e vi si accede attraverso Urriola Leighton Street, situata a pochi passi dal Palazzo Baburizza sul Cerro Concepción.

We had considered staying in Valparaiso and decided instead to stay in Santiago and take a day tour. This one was perfect - it ended up just being the two of us, Julio picked us up at our hotel at 8am and drove us down to Valparaiso for a 90-min walk around the historic part of town. Since we were two younger people he was happy to walk with us and took us on some extra loops to see different parts of the town. So beautiful despite the grey weather, Valparaiso is a beautiful but a little gritty seaside town - don’t expect perfect beauty! Julio had switched up the order of the tour for us considering that it was a Sunday and there were some political happenings to make sure we were doing things at the safest time of day. Later, when a part of the coast road was closed for a fun run he was able to quickly offer some great alternatives to us. After a leisurely stop for a lovely lunch we drove partway back to Santiago for the winery stop. This was truly excellent and we bought several bottles to drink later. Would 100% recommend this to anyone, such an expert guide can take great care of you and offer a customized day that lets you see and learn so much more than you could by yourself!

Excellent tour. Pick up was timely. Route to destination was long but scenery. The views to mountains and the Pacific were gorgeous. Both, Viña & Valparaiso, while different, were beautiful and picturesque. We had dinner in Valparaiso and it was excellent. The last stop was a wine tasting and it was not disappointing. Don’t hesitate booking this tour.

This is an incredible experience you don’t want to miss. The view of the Pacific Ocean, the coastline of Viña del Mar and Valparaíso were breathtaking. Walking down the streets of Valparaíso helped us get a feel of the place. There is so much art everywhere! We saw Pablo Neruda’s house! We had a delicious lunch at a wonderful restaurant suggested by our incredible tour guide, Julio. He is very knowledgeable about Chile and all the places we visited today. Our tour ended with a visit and a wine tasting at RE winery in Casablanca! We highly recommend this tour!

Our guide was very accommodating! The weather turned out to be cold and rainy, and we were ill prepared...so he kindly dropped us at Ripley's so we could purchase fleece tracksuits, even though it meant he had to fight traffic. He recommended a fantastic place for lunch. As for Vina del Mar and Valparaiso...I wasn't thrilled by either. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from walking the beach and Valparaiso was simply gritty and not that interesting. At the end of the day, not worth the money nor the long drive.

Valparaiso is a city full of Inca culture, colorful houses, made with clay and zinc leaves, on top of the hill, but there is water, sewer, cell phone tower, the garbage is removed normally, even being at the top of the mountain.

Valparaiso is not terribly exciting. I know there is history there, however I would have preferred walking around Santiago more so. The stop off at the winery was a blast though.
