We had a great time! The Peak was absolutely beautiful. We were able to see places that we hadn’t yet visited. So happy we booked this tour.
The tour was awesome, our guide incredibly knowledgeable! She even came prepared with our own Octopus cards so that we could take the public transit needed to move quickly around the city!
After doing a lot of Viator experiences this was terrible. Firstly our guide Ronny cancelled and gave us another guide….Carrie. She raced the start of the tour not stopping to talk, couldn’t tell us the plan when asked. Didn’t seem to know. When one of our group wanted to stop and possibly buy something she was hurried along. The places we stopped at it was to encourage us to buy. When we told her we weren’t interested in souvenirs she seemed to lose interest. It was obvious this tour wasn’t going to work for us. Part of the tour was dumpling tasting…she didn’t know. Asked us what we wanted but couldn’t find anything suitable. We spoke to Ronnie by phone and we expressed our dissatisfaction and we wanted to leave the tour. He said if we wanted a refund he would agree to it when asked by Viator. In comparison with this unsatisfactory experience we had a marvellous tour of Singapore with guide Ping. She reaffirmed why we go on so many tours with Viator and we are happy to provide a glowing review of this tour.

Such an amazing experience to sit amongst the neon buildings and enjoy a cocktail, Bella brings the energy and the edge to get her guests primo seats for the ultimate view. I will book again to explore 2 more rooftops on my next visit.
Nice night walking tour of Hong Kong as was promoted. Cosmo was diligent and fast walker and showed us the sites and he knew the best spots and secrets to wander trough the lines and sitting on the boat.
Ronnie and Carrie did a great job! Like roaming the cities with friends. Very casual and informative, with local spice. Our flight landed a bit late, and they were so gracious to be patient with us late in the evening. Ronnie paid for our egg bread, drinks from 7-11, our double decker bus, our ding ding tram, and our Victoria Harbour Ferry. We had such a great time covering much of the city with them, and felt quite comfortable and knowledgeable about the city in no time! Thank you :)

Izabella didn't just show us rooftops and markets; she practically turned them into a circus! She was as flexible as a contortionist, bending the program to our every whim. And let's talk about crazy—she's the good kind of crazy, like a mad scientist mixing up the perfect adventure potion. If you want a guide who'll take your tour to new heights (literally) while keeping you laughing, Izabella's your gal. Highly recommended for an experience that's more fun than a barrel of monkeys! 🐒
This was my first night in Hong Kong So to meet Isabella that lives here and with all her knowledge was great for me I asked her loads of questions and she helped me a lot we went to two roof top bars and even sore the light show which was ok but I would recommend to see the light show from a boat as they play music that goes along with the lights But for any one travelling to Hong Kong I cannot recommend Isabella enough Thank you again for your knowledge and help
