L'attività guidata di mezza giornata inizia e termina nel tuo hotel. Parti dopo la colazione alle 10:00 e dirigiti verso il nord di Zanzibar per una giornata di avventure, emozioni ed emozioni. Vedrai una varietà di spezie proprio dove vengono coltivate come vaniglia, cardamomo e noce moscata. Potrai anche frequentare lezioni di cucina per imparare come preparare un piatto tradizionale di Zanzibar. Ciò può includere la preparazione di riso semplice arrostito con latte di cocco, platani arrostiti pilau (riso speziato) e così via. Puoi goderti i cibi, puoi mangiare i cibi e puoi chiederti il test dei cibi. Successivamente ti riporteremo al tuo hotel

The cooking class portion of the spice farm tour was a truly unique and authentic experience, but not for the faint of heart! From sitting on the floor of the “kitchen”, which is essentially a dirt floor , cinder block room without running water or electricity, to cutting up vegetables used in the multi-course meal, to watching “Mama” prepare the meal and waiting for the meal to cook over 3 portable charcoal braziers, we all felt transported in time. But the food was delicious and despite all of our Western food safety concerns, none of us had any issues. If you are adventurous this cooking experience is for you! For the not so food adventurous the spice farm tour was excellent on its own.

The cooking class was super great and the food tasted wonderful. Maria, the cook is a totally warm and personable woman and a wonderful cook. You could help a lot and the tour guide Dida explained everything great. She also speaks super German. The cooking class is highly recommended.
