Moschea della cattedrale di Bibi-Khanum: ammirerai la sua cupola azzurra e l'arco delle dimensioni della Via Lattea. La moschea di Hazrat Khizr fu ricostruita nel XIX secolo, sostituendo quella distrutta nel XIII secolo. La moschea originale in questo sito risale all'VIII secolo. Il complesso commemorativo Shakhi-Zinda è uno dei misteriosi monumenti architettonici di Samarcanda. The guide Fayoziddin was professional, courteous and timely. He is a very knowledgeable guy and answered all our questions with detail. As the walk progressed I had a good 1-2-1 conversations about the wider history and the various neighbouring kingdoms and rulers and made the dis jointed puzzle in my head complete.
