Lo scopo di questo tour è avvicinare le persone alla natura. Si tratta di avventure all'aria aperta e attività divertenti. Questo tour è anche un'opportunità per le persone di partecipare ad attività trillanti e fisicamente coinvolgenti mentre si prende conforto nella splendida vista della cascata.

Gli ospiti percorrevano 250 scale per visitare le cascate Boti per rilassarsi dopo le escursioni. Si dice che le cascate siano state scoperte da un cacciatore nel 1903, ma la visita del primo presidente del Ghana, il dottor Kwame Nkrumah, ne aumentò la popolarità nel 1961. Si tratta di una cascata gemella, descritta dalla gente del posto come maschio e femmina, che cade su uno sperone di roccia ignea alle cascate Boti. Durante le stagioni delle piogge le cascate scorrono molto alte e si incontrano entrambe. La gente del posto considera questo periodo come il loro periodo di "accoppiamento" e per loro viene eseguita una "cerimonia di accoppiamento" in cui un arcobaleno abbellisce l'occasione durante gli spruzzi d'acqua.
La roccia ombrello è una roccia misteriosa che assomiglia ad un ombrello e può fornire ombra ai turisti all'interno della foresta. Ci sono circa 45 minuti o un'ora di camminata fino all'ombrello Rock, dove gli ospiti possono fare una piccola pausa prima di proseguire per la fermata successiva. Gli ospiti possono anche arrampicarsi sulla roccia per godersi una bellissima vista della foresta dall'alto e apprezzare la natura. Si consiglia agli ospiti di indossare abiti leggeri e scarpe comode per l'escursione.
Dall'Umbrella Rock, gli ospiti si sposterebbero circa 15 minuti avanti fino alla fermata successiva, la Palma a tre teste. È uno spettacolo affascinante di una palma con un gambo ma tre teste. In questo sito c'è una roccia della fertilità che la gente ritiene abbia un significato spirituale per coloro che cercano il parto; pregano e si crede che le loro richieste siano esaudite o soddisfatte dal loro Signore.

This was an amazing trip with Gian. The pick up was on time. The drive up from Accra was in a nice, air con vehicle, with tinted windows. We had great conversations with facts about Ghana/area as well as all our random questions being answered. We saw the 3 headed palm tree, the umbrella rock and Boti waterfalls. We got plenty of pictures and videos of our trek. We even got a canoe ride at the waterfalls. The lunch was not included, but we stopped at a very nice sit down restaurant before the journey back to Accra. Overall, this is a great tour with a great company. The only con, driving in Accra is scary. Buckle up and try to enjoy the ride.

It was beautiful and relaxing. I have never ridden in a canoe before and it smooth. The water coming off the mountain felt great

Excellent day trip from Accra. The hike was nice with views over the surrounding valley, and the unique rock formation. The real highlight was the falls, though. It's a short walk down from the parking lot, and the falls are spectacular with a large swimming hole at the bottom. It was one of my favorite swimming holes I can remember visiting. Be sure you go Monday-Thursday, as it can get crowded on Fridays and weekends. The tour company provided a vehicle with a driver and a guide. Both were very pleasant and professional. I was very happy with the service.

It was a 2.5 hour ride that gets rough about 2 hours in. Once you arrive, you will have an amazing experience with beautiful sights. Luckily, there was a less strenous option because a 2.5 hr hike was not in the cards for our group. However, there are 250 stairs to & from the boti falls but well worth it. Everyone was extremely nice & knowledgable.

Embarked on this tour as it was recommended by my guide Zainab as part of the must see Tourist sites in the East. The hike was crazy and we had a breathtaking experience at the waterfalls. We didn't swim because the falls was drying up. The meal at Linda restaurant was delicious. I feel sad knowing I have to depart Ghana but I will be back again.

This tour was absolutely amazing! I loved everything about the day. The falls were absolutely amazing! So glad I came. I also went to the Aburi Botanical Gardens and the Tetther Quarshie cocoa farm. I learned so many things about all the plants and got to taste a fresh cocoa beans out the pod. Rashida and Mr. Ernest are both so cool. I felt so comfortable with them as I was solo traveling!

Our tour guides, and driver was awesome. The host was very knowledgeable with our many questions and highly accommodating. The drive was fairly long from Accra to boti falls, and the hike VERY strenuous, but all worth it! It was dry season so the lake was dried up a bit. And lunch was amazing as well.

This was my second tour with Pro Tour Africa since I really enjoyed the first one. I had heard so much about the mysterious water falls (which they believe has a male and female spirit dwelling in them) so I booked a tour there.This tour was amazing even though it involved a long hike to see the unbrella rock and the three headed palm tree (which are all part of the tour). These sites have mysterious stories attached to them and gave me chills for a moment. It was all worth the money and effort and trust me you would be ready to crawl into bed after the day end.
